The Luck of the Draw

The luck of the draw makes one’s life mostly the way that it is and as one develops tools, they’re used accordingly. So who among us can truly judge who is right and who is wrong?

Everyone uses the tools they have in place to live their life and regardless of the results, it’s to the best of one’s ability. Although those tools may not be based in love and to many it may seem like a lot of people miss the so called mark, they’re doing the best they can with their developed tools. It’s not much different than someone who is supposedly on the right track. Both are using their developed tools so who can truly be a judge of which is right and which is wrong? To me, the one who is seemingly doing wrong is only doing what is known as is the one who is seemingly doing what is right.

We can’t expect people to be anything more than what they’re conditioned to be. Most of the time, the only difference in people is their environment and how they’re raised. It can be considered the luck of the draw, one example would be if your parents are from wealth than that will be your fate. If they’re from poverty, wealth will be very difficult to attain, that is unless you are born with some special talent which the world glorifies, then you will experience an entirely different luck of the draw. Mostly the life one is born into is just the circumstances of fate (the luck of the draw) so how can anyone be fairly judged?

The saying “don’t judge a book by its cover” has value because most things aren’t as they appear, and if you think they are, you miss the mark regardless of the particular path you’re on. When there isn’t judgment and one has the understanding that everyone is doing the best they can with the tools they have in place, then life will possibly be one of peace. This is because one will see that most people live their life the way that they do simply because of the luck of the draw.
