Because of the manifestation of our existence, we are always connected to the Divine source of the Universe, but unless there’s awareness of this there will be very little cooperation with the Divine.
Excerpt from “It’s Monday Only in Your Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts – pages 138/139
This cooperation has nothing to do with the material plane. We can be greedy, yet still be rich. We can hate, yet still have people who love us. We can be miserable and still live to be a hundred. But there is one thing we will never have when life is lived from the plane of our I Self and that one thing is a connection to Divine Love. Not God’s love for us; that’s there regardless of what we do, but our love for God. Our love for God is what happens when our heart stays open.
The more the heart remains in its natural state of openness, the more love there will be for God and for life itself. Real joy of living is not based in anything outside us; it can only materialize when there is cooperation with life. This can only be done by continual learning what will keep our hearts opened so Universal Love can become our mind’s default setting. Universal Love conquers our negative Conditioned Mind Patterns, one day at a time.
What has happened to me is not something special. It is available to anyone who is inclined to believe there is more to life than what meets the eye. If you are willing to search within and learn how to identify and stop the noise in your head from constantly drawing from your Conditioned Mind Patterns, you will have a chance to be in cooperation with the Creative Intelligence of the Universe for a truly miraculous change to occur in your life. As the song Amazing Grace states: “I once was lost, but now I’m found; was blind, but now I see.”
The more we grasp for answers outside ourselves the more in the grasp of fear we are. When we look outside, its only because we are fearful of what we might find inside.

Attaching Labels
Every label used to describe a path, limits that path to whatever label is being applied. Judgements, labels, concepts and beliefs, they are the limits to the awe inspiring love the Universe has to offer.
The Universe needs no permission to do what it does. It only responds to things out of necessity, but it does so unconditionally, without thought. It doesn’t label or form concepts, it’s existence as it is, with nothing added because it needs nothing, it’s self sustaining. It creates, it destroys, it neither loves nor hates in the sense of emotions, but its beauty is awe inspiring and arises from a love that can’t be described. It’s pure energy and it is from this energy that we are created.
This is existence in its purest state. The moment this is labeled it loses it sense of purity. Humans apply all kinds of labels to life, but life needs no labels. Label whatever it is you think is needed, but understand it’s derived from a concept made up by the thought I, not life. The more one’s I needs to label life the more conceptual it becomes and the more life’s true essence is missed. Even the label of no label is from a label of I.
The place of no labels, concepts, beliefs, and non emotional attachment is one’s true place of existence; it’s in this place in the midst of the Universe that our true essence is. It’s a place that is here, there, and everywhere, but not labeled as such. Stillness exist as life and if a label is needed apply it, just understand every label has a limit. Once something is labeled it creates blockage, so be in the unlimited space of what is and be with all the Universe has to offer. All the beauty of the Universe is within each and every person, it is where everyone arose from, but only the label applied by I limits the awareness of the Universe’s magnificence.

The Noise of Wanting
When something occurs, wanting it different won't change it. Wanting is what causes the noise in the head and only when one doesn't want to change the unchangeable will there be quiet.
It's vital to understand what the noise in the head is if it's ever going to quiet and stop its incessant control. It may never quiet completely and that's ok because it's not about quiet so much as it is learning to live with the noise. You may say, but I'm always talking about the mind settling and quietness and now I'm saying learn to live with the noise, and that's exactly the point, in learning to live with the noise the mind becomes quiet or at least settled. So many people try to quiet the mind and don't realize that's noise in the head. One will never quiet the mind, it's just about impossible, but things can be practiced that allows it to settle. The most important part of this to understand is every thought is noise, thoughts of love - noise, thoughts of hate - noise, positive thoughts - noise, negative thoughts - noise, everything is noise until the time comes that the noise becomes quiet, not because it goes away, but because one learns to live with it.
You see, not wanting things different is quiet, but most want things as they want them and therein lies the noise in the head. Once something occurs no amount of wanting it different will change it, so what can one do but establish a mindset that doesn't want it different, or not and remain in the discontent of the noise in the head that wants to change the unchangeable. So learning to be with whatever it is that occurs is how the mind settles and until there's awareness of this, the noise in the head will want things different as it remains in control.

The Process of a Life
The Process of a Life:
Life is a process, but as with any process it can go in many different directions. What needs to be looked at is if the process in place is bringing maximum results, if it's not it can be changed, but only by you.
Here is the process that I went through when I woke up from the sleep of unconsciousness. The first thing that had to happen was, I had to admit that something wasn't quite right in my life. I had no idea what wasn't right, but at least I knew something wasn't right and that was enough to initiate the first step in my process of change. The second step was deciding to make a choice to change what wasn't right. I ran my life my way twice and both times I ended up in rehab, so I knew I had to find another way and it couldn't be my way. I made a decision to find out what wasn't right in my life and begin exploring what this was. The third step was the beginning of developing a path of practice. I read a lot of book in a short period of time and I began to sit in quiet which allowed me to get answers, this led me to becoming aware of new possibilities. I began seeing things that were previously hidden from my view.
Step four in this process was developing and having a clear vision of where I was heading and making a commitment to a new way of living. I saw this as a must if there was to be change from my previous process and as I sat I was provided with a new and practical way to live and the most important part about this was it wasn't me doing it, it was being revealed to me from my mind settling through the practice of sitting. Step five and the final step in the process is valuing, appreciating, and celebrating this new way of life that was revealed to me everyday. Enjoying it is something I'm learning how to do. It matters little what happens, what does matter is to enjoy this ride (process) because one day it will end. The most important thing to me is at the end of this ride, this process of life, I know I'll be able to say "what a ride" and I'm blessed to have all of you along with me.

The Luck of the Draw
The luck of the draw makes one’s life mostly the way that it is and as one develops tools, they’re used accordingly. So who among us can truly judge who is right and who is wrong?
Everyone uses the tools they have in place to live their life and regardless of the results, it’s to the best of one’s ability. Although those tools may not be based in love and to many it may seem like a lot of people miss the so called mark, they’re doing the best they can with their developed tools. It’s not much different than someone who is supposedly on the right track. Both are using their developed tools so who can truly be a judge of which is right and which is wrong? To me, the one who is seemingly doing wrong is only doing what is known as is the one who is seemingly doing what is right.
We can’t expect people to be anything more than what they’re conditioned to be. Most of the time, the only difference in people is their environment and how they’re raised. It can be considered the luck of the draw, one example would be if your parents are from wealth than that will be your fate. If they’re from poverty, wealth will be very difficult to attain, that is unless you are born with some special talent which the world glorifies, then you will experience an entirely different luck of the draw. Mostly the life one is born into is just the circumstances of fate (the luck of the draw) so how can anyone be fairly judged?
The saying “don’t judge a book by its cover” has value because most things aren’t as they appear, and if you think they are, you miss the mark regardless of the particular path you’re on. When there isn’t judgment and one has the understanding that everyone is doing the best they can with the tools they have in place, then life will possibly be one of peace. This is because one will see that most people live their life the way that they do simply because of the luck of the draw.

Chasing Comfort
For most, comfort is something that’s constantly sought and it’s a direct link to what keeps the mind in a state of agitation. When things are accepted as they are, comfort is no longer a necessity.
We live in a comfort cultured society, when it’s cold we desire warmth and when it’s hot we desire to be cool. Chasing after this comfort is how many people spend their entire lives, and if it’s not learned to be with the discomforts of what happens and not constantly push them away, there will be very little peace in one’s life. We life mostly in a place where we’re afraid of this discomfort because it means facing ourselves. Although our true essence is the love of all creation, this isn’t seen because the Conditioned Mind doesn’t allow it to be so.
Once a practice is developed that allows some discipline to at least slow the mind down, it can be seen how chasing after comfort occupies most of our waking hours; we’re in constant fix it mode trying to have things the way we think they need to in order to be at peace. But the problem with this is nothing stays the same so we have to constantly make adjustments. It’s truly exhausting to live in this way, but it’s the way most live. It doesn’t have to be this way, but the only way it won’t be is if one can be with what occurs and not want it any different than what it is. This doesn’t mean one can’t have comfort, just understand comfort isn’t what allows you to be at peace, only accepting things as they are will and that’s only because one sees the comfort in that.

Thought Created Reality of
Until it's understood that it's the false sense of self that needs to attach to thoughts, thoughts will continue to have dominance over you because of the self absorbed energy they're given.
When it comes to being free from the bondage of one's thoughts, very few people truly let go of the thought of self so they remain entrapped to the self and thus entrapped to their thoughts. This is the reason why things are the way they are in the world, it has nothing to do with what's occurring because our thoughts are responsible for what's occurring. If the thought of hate didn't exist, the actions that the thought of hate produces wouldn't exist. What would happen then is life would naturally produce actions of kindness, compassion, love, and whatnot because that's what's arises when one isn't constantly controlled by their self dominated thoughts.
I don't believe this to be true, I know this is true from watching my thoughts and observing the nonsense they create. Life has nothing to do with one's thoughts, but it has everything to do with one's thoughts because they create one's reality. The weather, driving in traffic, religion, politics, when someone close to you gets sick or dies, these are but a few of the things dominated by one's self thoughts and although these things exist at the time they're occurring, the thought about them is what controls how they affect you. Life just happens, but it's the bondage to one's thoughts that creates reality and it's all because of the attachment to a false sense of self. Until this false sense of self is let go of, one will not be able to watch their thoughts and observe the results the false sense of self produces and so one's reality will continue to be controlled by whatever their own thoughts create.

No True Separation
The thought of separation from others isn't truly separation, it's only a thought, so when the thought does arise, if it isn't attached to, there's a connection to all of life.
Because of the Conditioned Mind when someone is from another part of the world and they're different looking on the outside, they're seen as being separate, but the only separation from anything is the story of separation. There is no true separation and when one understands that the nature of all separation is only from the way one is conditioned, it ceases to exist. At the core of this understanding is a oneness within and thus a oneness with everything. This includes insects, animals, fish, plants, and humans, in essence the entire Universe, but don't miss interpret this, it's not a concept or theory. It can only be truly sensed when the mind is very still and only in the context of one's mind being absent of any thought about it.
There has to be a oneness within oneself before there can be oneness with anyone else. If this doesn't occur it's because one is consumed by the thought realm and the thought realm is controlled by the Conditioned Mind. Please don't take this lightly, it's the reason, greed, hate, and delusion are the default setting of so many minds. If there isn't quietness, there's noise and if there's noise it's derived from one's conditioning. Sit with this and notice when separation arises and what's at its core. Let it pass without labeling it, just watch it's core and don't attach to it. Remember the thought of separation isn't true separation, it's only a thought and when it arises as it will, if the thought isn't attached to, it will be impossible to be separated from anything.

Nothing is Permanent
Life is dynamic, but sometimes when things happen it's made into the burden that it's always going to be this way. This makes one live in the delusion that what's happening is permanent.
Making something that's occurring in the moment as if it's always going to be this way is why one gets swept away by life's storm. But they're not truly life's storms, they take on the energy they're given as if what's occurring right now is always going to be this way. Once the energy of it's always going to be this way is seen, the tool of "this too shall pass" can be applied. For when one is struggling with something, the greatest understanding you can have is that it's your own mind that creates every obstacle to your inner peace and regardless of how life unfolds, if this isn't understood, inner peace will never be had.
All things pass even if they're made permanent by one's mind. This goes for everything, including life itself so no matter what it is, one day it will not be so, here is one of my favorite examples of this. If you visit a doctor because you're not feeling well and are told you have a year to live, do you want to die 365 times or once? A mind that is settled can see the truth of this and hence the freedom and value of only dying once. Or not and die everyday until the time comes when conditions that support living in this form are no longer met. We are only visitors here regardless of what happens in life and no matter how tight one holds onto something, it's temporary and "this too shall pass."

Quieting the Mind
The mind will only settle down when there's something in place that allows one to live Now. Now is the only time when the wandering state of mind of the past or future isn't in control.
Excerpt from "It's Monday Only in Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts" Quieting the Mind - pg. 15
One method I use to quiet my mind is to sit or lie down and get as comfortable as possible. If sitting, I have both feet on the ground and my hands on my lap. If lying down I lay on my back with my hands on my stomach. I start out by breathing in and out at a very slow, deliberate pace. I just sit and follow my breath in and out. The noise in the head will try and divert my attention from the breath, but I just bring it back to the breath. This is what is meant by developing the discipline that is necessary for the mind to become quiet; the timeframe of how long to sit is not important for now. Learning to watch how the mind reacts to trying to quiet it is what is of importance here.
This is the key to meditation practice, just watching how the mind wanders and then bring it back to the breath. I do not sit to achieve a certain state of being, or to experience anything in particular. I just use the sitting to discipline an undisciplined mind. Any time I sit I am developing this discipline. This is just one method to try. If this does not satisfy you, try another. You will need to experiment with what method works the best for you. In the beginning quieting your mind will seem impossible, but with patience and perseverance you will eventually experience a peace in your life that can’t be described in words.

A Soul Connection
There's a oneness with life that comes from such a deep place, but it's not something that any human activity can make happen. It's the connection to our souls that comes from the love in our hearts.
In my experience the love of my heart cannot expand on its own, it needs others. Deepening a connection with others deepens the love in our heart, and this is what connects our souls. If this connection to each other's souls were to happen, there would be no more greed, hate, or war because we will fall over each other in love; it's in this love for each other that the magnificence of life is experienced. A majestic sunset, a cool summer breeze, the magnificence of the ocean, loving oneself and others, a connection to all humanity, these are experiences from the depth of one's soul.
I don't profess to know what the soul is, but I do understand how a connection to others deepens my love. When I experience this, it leaves me speechless and because of all of you, I have been speechless many time in the last nine years. I'm using the word soul to describe this, but to feel this connection to life, words cannot truly explain it. To watch in awe as I'm speaking to someone and as I explain what I went through, I see a sparkle of oneness in their eyes, to me this is our souls connecting. There's a oneness with life that comes from such a deep place and it's not something that any human activity can make happen.
Although it's instilled in every individual because the soul is a part of being human, one's conditioning blocks the awareness of it. The connection to my soul is what was awakened in me and so many others, it's what connects us all and it's there even if one isn't aware of it. It's everyone's birth right to experience this, but it will only occur when the mind is settled enough to see it. Only when there's a deepening connection with others which allows for a deepening love of our own heart will there be a soul connection, with ourselves and with all humanity. Namaste

Inner Torment
Inner Torment: Excerpt from "It's Monday Only in Your Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts" - Pg 70
Being busy creates a diversion, but it doesn’t fix the problem. It’s only a temporary solution to the problem.
My inner torment was eating at me most of the time. Not all the time, because when I was preoccupied with some activity at least my mind had another focus. And as long as my mind was busy I didn’t think about how I was feeling. I may not have been doing things that were conducive to my spiritual well-being, but it was better than feeling discontented. Being busy creates a diversion, but it doesn’t fix the problem. It’s only a temporary solution to the problem.
In a new town I was still attending the twelve-step program, but I was not going to as many meetings as before — maybe to only four a week. I was still coping with life through my Conditioned Mind Patterns, so my defense mechanisms were solidly in place. I was still in the grip to these Conditioned Mind Patterns that nearly destroyed my life, but I was still unaware of this.
I continued to feel great resentment of people, past and present. Someone in the twelve-step program suggested that I do two of the steps that directly deal with other people: “Made a list of people we harmed and become willing to make amends to them all,” and: “Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.” I became willing to do this. I mention this because willingness is so vital in our process.
I paid back everyone I owed money to. I met with people I had harmed and made amends. I felt better, and I was glad that was over with. I thought I would never have to do that again, but I was wrong. Because the Conditioned Mind doesn’t need a substance to be self-centered, it was just using other things to create drama in my life. There wasn’t nearly as much drama as when my life was consumed by alcohol and drugs, but there was drama nonetheless.

A Deluded Mind
A deluded mind doesn’t necessarily have to label things as right or wrong, what makes it deluded is it doesn’t see things as they are. Being awake allows one to see things as they are, minus the deluded story.
At one time the world was seen by most people as being flat, this was because of a belief that this was the way it was. Probably someone with authority said it was flat and nobody questioned this, that is until Galileo came along. He probably asked himself if the world being flat was true. Imagine what the people of that time were thinking and saying about him. How he came to his understanding of the world not being flat doesn’t really matter, that he wasn’t deluded about what others said is all that mattered because it led to truth.
The deluded mind doesn’t see things as they truly are, it makes up stories. The common link in all of these deluded stories is the I Self, one’s ego, and if there isn’t awareness of this, the stories will continue because they will be needed; that they are needed is the delusion of a deluded mind. The other day someone responded to a post of mine saying there are “absolutes” in life. The only absolute I see is one day this form will cease to exist in the way that it currently does. There’s no delusion about this nor is there a need to attach a story to this about going someplace else when this body dies. To me this is seeing things as they really are and without the deluded mind creating a story, one is free and can be with things as they are and not the delusional story of how life and even death is believed to be needed.

A Moment of Grace
God is just a word, what happens to a person when there’s a shift that changes one’s existence from self serving to love cannot truly be explained by words.
Below is an excerpt from “It’s Monday Only in Your Mind” pg. 82: A Moment of Grace
On a day which wasn’t much different from any other — I was driving pass a wedding and I had a moment of clarity: I asked myself, “If I continue on this road, how am I ever going to be there for my children? These are the most important years of their lives, and I need to be there for them.” I made a decision right then and there that I was going to get off this pain medication. I was going to do whatever it was I needed to do. Although I wasn’t aware of this at the time, my life as I knew it was about to change, forever.
This clarity came from my having a thought about someone other than me. It was probably twenty years since I’d truly thought of anyone else. As far back as I can recall my thoughts were always centered on me. This is our Conditioned Mind, our I Self at its best. Just this one thought of not thinking of me, saved my life.
Now some people may say God planted this thought in me, and that may be true, to an extent. As I understand it, love overcame my conditioning for one split second — the love of my children. Where it arose from I don’t really know, but it did. At the moment when those thoughts occurred, I was willing to do what was necessary to cooperate with life instead of fight it. All my life I was always in collision with my true self (with love). The self that was there when my existence started, before my ego, my I Self, took over. At my moment of clarity, my true self (love) arose to overcome my Conditioned Thinking. I am eternally grateful for this. It doesn’t benefit me or anyone else to attach a belief that something outside of me did this; all I know is because of what happened to me at that moment, my entire life changed forever. God is just a word. What happened to me in that moment, words cannot explain.

Wear the World Like a Loose Garment
Excerpt from It’s Monday Only in Your Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts – pg. 109
Have you ever heard the phrase, “Wear the world like a loose garment.” If I want, I can be free and not be controlled by my Conditioned Mind Patterns, but I have to learn to let go of them and live life from a place of peace.
You may experience periods where there is a semblance of peace in life, but once certain conditions arise, BAM — you are drawn in and your peace is gone. Just like that. So where is this so-called control you think you have in your life? What happened to your peace? Did you decide it was time not to be at peace anymore? You were just at peace, and now you are not. Once the drama begins, the ego takes over, and the are up has to run its course until the ego has had its ll. If the conditioning has a lot of history attached to it, its ll can last a long time and end up anywhere.
Many people end up in jail, have car accidents, etc. whatever form the conditioning takes on produces so many problem. So many tragic things happen when this occurs, and it can all be avoided if you take the time and learn to “Wear the world like a loose garment”. Take the time to understand it is just a Conditioned Mind Pattern that was activated and all it did was run its course. You were just along for the ride.

An Existence Based on One Letter from
Excerpt from It's Monday Only in Your Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts pg.135
When you are born or start your existence in the human form, whatever terminology you prefer, you are free of attachment. What was the first thought you ever had, and what letter do you think it started with?
I know it isn’t really possible to recall this, but I think for me it probably had something to do with the letter I. I was hungry or I wanted to be held, or some other thought of I. The point is, look how that one letter controls our life. Our entire existence is based on that one letter.
In the beginning of life we are not consumed with our I. There are no Mind Patterns that are controlling us, yet. As we grow we gain our sense of identity through our concept of I. This is where our problems with life develop because our I comes to control our self. As long as we are alive there is a self that is our true nature, but when the default setting of our mind is I, it blocks out our connection to life. We live strictly from our egoic side, and that bias creates suffering. Our spiritual nature can’t shine through our I. Although we are all spiritual beings by nature, our I blocks and subdues us from this nature. Look back to when you were a child, look at the memories that start with the word I; I was fat, I wasn’t smart, I was good in sports or I wasn’t good in sports, and so on. Like the other list, this one is endless also. The older we get the more our I becomes the dominant mode of living.
This is the real culprit of our problems. It doesn’t matter whether you're the President of the United States, a homeless person, a billionaire, or if you barely make ends meet, when the driving force behind your existence is your I, you will be driven by Conditioned Mind Patterns and you will suffer and cause suffering to others.

No Eye for an Eye
Most people don't physically harm others and this makes them think they're better than those that do, but they have the same conditioning as those harming others, it just manifest as behavior of a lesser degree.
Humans harming others to justify some inner urge has been going on since the beginning of time, or at least it seems that way, and those that cause harm suffer society's incurred penalties because of it. Here's the kicker, most people don't do physical harm to others and this makes them think they're better than those that do, but they have the same conditioning as those harming others, it just manifest as behavior of a lesser degree. The core of the conditioning is the same, it's written in the bible, if you think it it's no different then doing the act and this is because the intended energy is the same.
Although it's easy to point at the behaviors that harm others as being wrong, obviously to the person behaving in such a way it isn't wrong or they wouldn't do it. And no one can truthfully say they haven't harmed another, maybe not physically, but definitely with a thought. Think of this, wanting an eye for an eye is wishing harm on another. That's right, it's no different then the one who did the harm. Harm is harm and although anyone can justify what they are wishing on another, it's doesn't make it right. It's this intended energy that keeps the harm in place.
A person can't be accurately labeled regardless of how close you are to them because your thought of them isn't them, nor is you thought of yourself or anything else for that matter. True freedom will only be experienced when one finally lets go of something that can't be changed and thIs means all people and what occurs in life, good, bad, or indifferent.

The Conditioned Mind
The Conditioned Mind:
Here is the human dilemma in a nutshell: The mind that tells you there's a need for you to be fixed is the same mind that's trying to make the repair. It's as though you have a flat tire and you truly believe it's only flat on the bottom.
Today's article is an except from It's Monday Only in Your Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts - page 62
Do you see how deeply seated the Conditioned Mind Patterns are, and how they hold you in captivity to the I Self? The whole nature of the Conditioned Mind Patterns is to satisfy an I Self that feels a sense of lack; a lack that it will try to fill, one way or another. This lack is the energy that causes the Conditioned Mind Pattern to be formed. It was this sense of lack that was controlling my reactions.
I have come to understand that flare ups occur because our ego, operating through our Conditioned Mind Patterns, doesn’t allow us to flow with the energy of life. So it either erupts in the present or is stored, waiting for a future trigger and flare up to occur. But whether it manifests now or later, a Conditioned Mind Pattern will be formed. When these flare-ups do occur and our ego attaches to them, the story in the head starts and the drama begins. Once a Conditioned Mind Pattern is activated all sorts of things happen. We go through many different emotions. Feelings arise that cause us to justify our actions, which present themselves in any form that is necessary for the situation: Anger, rage, jealously, pride…. The list of capabilities for the undisciplined mind is endless.
It starts with a thought. If that thought is allowed to pass through — and by passing through I mean that we do not attach to it — then that’s it, you’re free. If not, the next step is it starts to attach to the ego, which creates the story. It then has to run its course until it reaches a conclusion. It will then return to your psyche to become more engrained. The conditioning will be that much easier to activate next time there is an association. And it will become much more difficult to let the energy pass through. You will attach to the thought and let the Conditioned Mind Pattern form, or you will not attach to the thought and allow the energy to pass through.

Only One Truth
One's version of truth is a story that keeps one immersed in the lies of the world and although if you are alive you are in the world, the truth is you don't have to be of it.
What exactly does this mean when truth is known? Does this refer to my truth, your truth or someone else's truth? Jesus didn't speak of his truth, nor did the Buddha, they spoke of truth found in the stillness of life. When I speak of truth this is what I refer to. Through stillness is where I found a way to stop creating my own suffering and as a result of this I've experienced peace in my life. This peace doesn't arise from something I made up, that's how I know it's truth. We can't all have different truths and we can't all be right in knowing an individual truth, there has to be something more solid than what's made up in the human mind. We can have different interpretations, but this isn't truth. There are many paths to the top of mountain, but there's only one top of the mountain. Where people get confused is they make up a path and call it truth, but this isn't truth, the top of the mountain is where truth is.
Study the teachings of Jesus and Buddha to know truth. See what they taught and you will learn truth. Most religions are designed as a path to truth, but watch out for the interpretations put on them. You will know truth because it sets you free and what one is free of is the bondage of the ego, the I self; if your so called truth is to satisfy the ego you're not free. Simply stating I Am is a truth that can't be argued with, well it can be, but that would be an argument from the ego. I Am or Be Still are two truths that arise from stillness. Truth is the love of the heart for one's true self and for all beings, ego is from the head and is strictly there to satisfy our selfishness. One is of freedom, one is of bondage, pick the one that is more beneficial to your life. Once one is truly free, it will not only benefit you, but it will be a benefit to all beings and that's the truth.

A Single Thought Belief System
One’s entire life hinges on a single thought which makes life what it is. Learning to skillfully attach to the thoughts that are truly beneficial determines how one lives.
What a person is up against in life and why change is so difficult, even if truth is revealed to them and they’re trying to live by it, is because a deeply rooted belief system that’s almost impossible to break free from is in place. I say almost because even though this belief system is constantly reinforced and remains the default setting of one’s mind, if a person has a shift in their perspective, their created reality changes. But with it in place it’s why there are so many different beliefs in the world and why everyone thinks theirs is the right one; it’s so deeply engrained it is impossible to see beyond it until something removes the veil of delusion.
The thoughts that one attaches to that make up one’s belief system, are done so because it’s thought they’re beneficial, if not they wouldn’t be attached to. If these thoughts aren’t seen as erroneous they remain in place. The more one thinks their created belief system is the right one, the harder it is to see beyond it. Seeing the world through thought is delusional because everyone has different ones and that’s why everyone see things differently.
There’s only one truth and until this is seen, life remains delusional. To get to the point where it’s not delusional, one has to get beyond the thoughts that hold their belief system (conditioning) in place, regardless of what it is. It all begins as one single thought and then a person’s conditioning determines what happens next. Attachment to it or not is the difference in how one’s life is viewed and if there’s going to be unity or separation with life. The truth is one is never separated from life, but it feels this way when there’s a thought that makes one think they are. One’s entire life hinges on a single thought that makes life what it is, so skillfully choose which ones you attach to.
