Your own mind keeps your view narrow and restricted so if at some point the mind doesn’t settle, the narrow and restricted view will remain intact and nothing new will arise.
If you only see through the view of your conditioning, a new view will never be allowed; this doesn’t allow the mind to expand beyond its own created conditioned restrictions. It will take much investigation to see beyond the conditioned view because the conditioning itself is what keeps the view narrow and restricted. If this isn’t understood it won’t be seen and if it’s not seen, there’s no way to go beyond your own created restrictions. Faith, hope, and forgiveness are always topics that stir up mind made controversy because their concepts have been so deeply embedded into the subconscious. You become conditioned by these concepts and until your own mind is understood, going beyond not only these conditioned concepts, but any concept for that matter will be virtually impossible.
There is so much being held onto without really looking into if it’s truly beneficial to your life. If you have a thought that is held onto, I guarantee you it’s not truly beneficial. You may wonder how I can say that since I don’t know you, but I don’t have to know you directly because I know me and as long as I know me, I know you. I may not know what specific conditioning has you in its grip, but it doesn’t matter because the nature of all conditioning is the same and that’s what needs to be understood.
You can only respond to what’s in front of you with the conditioning that’s in place. If you want to go beyond it, take a look and see if it unites or separates. Unity puts you in harmony with everything. Separation puts you in conflict with everything. These are two vastly different views, one binds and one frees. Although it may seem obvious which one does what, it will truly have to be investigated if you are to see how exactly each of these manifest in your life. Life is always what’s in front of you and although things may not always be as they’re wanted, until the old view is let go of, a new view will not be allowed…
The more we grasp for answers outside ourselves the more in the grasp of fear we are. When we look outside, its only because we are fearful of what we might find inside.

Stuck in Misery
If you think you are your thoughts, you will always be stuck in a self created misery because your thoughts will tell you there’s something to fix; that is until you realize you are not your thoughts…
I don’t profess to know how the brain works, but I do know this, for years I suffered from a self inflicted misery until I learned it was my own mind that was creating it; I’m simply writing about my own experience here. Every spring I would be overcome by a mindset of misery and the only way I knew to get out of it was to use some form of distraction, but you don’t really get out of it by a using distraction, all that happens is the focus shifts. Because the Conditioned Mind Patterns that are causing your misery aren’t understood, it always return; I was always stuck in the fixing myself syndrome that plagues so many. This just created distractions that kept me from finding out what was truly going on. I no longer get trapped by this because I’ve discovered what was causing it. This is very important to understand if you want to break the conditioning of misery. This may not be what the so called experts say about it, but I’m giving a first hand account of my experience and what was revealed to me. If you want to keep “fixing it” that’s up to you, but just understand you’ll stay anchored in the Conditioned Mind Patterns that are causing your own misery.
Me writing this was in response to something posted about misery. Incompleteness Seeking
You can only do what your conditioning in place allows, but unless you wake up to see what this conditioning is, it will remain in place and incompleteness seeking will be your life’s driving force…
Everything reached for is a coping mechanism that you have been conditioned to use, and although using different things will produce different outcomes, the core of all reaching is the same, it arises from the incompleteness you have of yourself. This incompleteness is what causes one to constantly need to seek, but this incompleteness isn’t real. The Conditioned Mind makes you believe it is and so there is the ensuing behavior to fill this need. The Conditioned Mind says, Hey, you are incomplete and you need to reach for something to fill it and according to what conditioning you have in place determines what you reach for; sit and ponder this.
Until this incompleteness is understood and the diabolical Conditioned Mind is seen for what it truly is, suffering will remain because you will always have a need to reach for something to fulfill the arisen desire for completeness. When this seeking is the driving force of your existence, it will keep the mind in a constant state of agitation. This cannot be seen by a mind that’s locked in a state of incompleteness, only a quiet mind state will be aware of this. Imprisoned by Form
When you reach for something because of a mind agitation, you become imprisoned by form. Until you see this, you’ll remain imprisoned as you seek to quiet the mind agitation with the next thing reached for…
You will never find the peace you’re seeking if you’re imprisoned by form which is the seeker of peace. Peace is something that’s already within everyone, but because of the way our minds are conditioned, one gets imprisoned by form which makes you think peace is something outside of you. Unfortunately this imprisonment to form makes the very thing you are seeking your prison. This imprisonment is the reason there’s a need to constantly reach for something from the outside and until this is seen, you will remain imprisoned to a form that thinks peace is in the next thing reached for. Alcohol, gambling, drugs, sex, religion, social status, programs, therapy, self help books, politics, and on and on, this reaching is proof that you’re imprisoned by form. I can’t stress this enough as this imprisonment to form has to be seen if you are to experience true peace in your life.

Running in Place
As long as there is seeking there will always be seeking and you will remain as if you are running in place, exerting all kinds of energy, but not really getting anywhere…
What keeps a person stuck as if running in place is seeking and trying to manufacture peace, love, kindness, mindfulness, spirituality, and so on, instead of aligning yourself with the present moment which allows these attributes to arise naturally. This is what keeps the running in place energy active; the energy of this seeking is circular (like a dog chasing its tail) so it’s never going to produce anything that’s going to get you anywhere. You may bounce to a seemingly different place because it’s given a different label, but as long as you think you have to do something to manufacture a certain desired result, running in place will continue regardless of what it’s called, and so you will remain stuck in the circular energy of going no where.
This seeking of desired results makes a person use an an array of things, from sweets, drugs, alcohol, gambling, tv, success, sex, programs, another book, retreats, a path, meditation, and many other things. What these all have in common is they keep you attached to the running in place seeking energy which is attached to by the Conditioned Mind. A true transformation of the spirit cannot be manufactured. Repeat: A true transformation of the spirit cannot be manufactured. This is because seeking energy is the exact energy that blocks the alignment which allows energy to transform. Only when you stop running in place can a transformation or shift occur. Simply Looking Down
Look down at your feet, regardless of where they’re planted this is your place of peace. If it isn’t it’s because the need to reach is in place and it’s blocking you from finding the peace that’s already within you…
When you’re not at peace, it you who takes you from it. The commercial that tells you to “find you beach” always reminds me if I’m not at peace it’s because I am the one who left the beach. For years I was constantly searching for peace and expect for brief moments peace eluded me. This was so because peace was always contingent on something outside of myself and whatever its form it was always a peace based in what I thought was needed for comfort. There’s no need to list what these were because there are so many; they are the things one reaches for. This reaching comes in many many forms and unless you truly take a step back, the reaching will always be there, but finding peace will never happen.
The lies of the Conditioned Mind will dictate what you will use for peace. Until the conditioning to reach is changed, peace will continue to be sought and never be found. The only way this will change is by going inward to discover why there’s a need to reach. Once this is revealed therein lies your peace. This isn’t from the thought realm, it comes from the still small voice within that tells you it doesn’t matter where you are or what’s happening, all you have to do is look down at your feet; this is regardless of where they are planted. Fear Based Opinions
When there’s awareness that your made up stories are your fear based opinions, the fear subsides. This allows for a stillness that is always there, but not often experienced because of your fear based opinions…
Without fear based opinions everyone would view life through the eyes of stillness which by the way are the eyes of peace, but because of fear based opinions this view isn’t seen. The view of fear based opinions are made up by the energy of unconsciousness, this makes everything that happens in your life about your fear based opinions, but it isn’t truly ever about what is seen, matter of fact it‘s not about anything in particular except to the one with the fear based opinion that are held onto.
Fear based opinions are what makes the mind attach to thoughts and those attachments are the cause of the fear associated thoughts that control your life. Truly a Benefit
Are the tools you have in place truly beneficial to allow you to love yourself unconditionally and thus love all beings, with the key word here being all and not just the one’s you pick…
For many years I did things that I considered beneficial to my well being, but after forty nine years of doing this I found myself at such a low point that I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to rise up. There were no I think I can chants, no positive thinking, no meditation, no loving myself. There was much confusion and despair and the insanity of this is my own developed tools brought me to this place. Now I know not many get to this place of total despair so it’s difficult to understand how low I was, but I will say this, I am fortunate and here’s why. When I was twenty eight years old there were ten of us still hanging in a bar in Newark, all of us used alcohol as a beneficial tool. Out of those ten eight are dead, what’s tragic about this is the tools that each of us thought were beneficial to live were the cause of eight deaths. Think about how insane this is and how often this is repeated today; insane indeed.
When I look back at what I thought were beneficial tools I see nothing but this insanity. I alone although not intentional, caused all my own suffering. Now you may not think this applies to you, but every negative thought you ever had comes from within yourself. It may have been put there by some outer influence, but it was attached to by you because you saw it as beneficial; you gave it the energy of life. I’m not a big negative/positive person, my experience has been more in line with quietness as the most beneficial tool to live by, but it wasn’t always this way. To me the question to ask yourself if you can muster the courage to do so is are you willing to truly face yourself to see if the tools you have in place are truly a benefit to allow you to love yourself unconditionally and thus love all beings, with the key word being all not just the beings you pick…

Nothing is Missing
There’s never anything missing that isn’t created so there is never a true need to rely on anything from the outside of yourself. Until this is seen you will continue the suffering of something missing…
Every time someone reaches for something designed for a specific issue it’s because they believe there’s something missing in them. Same when a person goes to see a therapist, or they reach for another self help book, program, or if any other type of outside help is sought, this is because of the applied label of something’s missing. When this is done all you’re doing is reinforcing the attachment to that label and hence you’re keeping yourself attached that there’s something missing; this exist only because you have labeled it. Read this very carefully because why this label is being applied will be the difference in being complete or remaining entrapped to the something is missing label. Some of the things mentioned do have value if they’re used at certain times in the one’s life, but if they’re being held onto as an end to a means, they lose their value as the needing morphs into something missing and hence suffering.

Here and Now Existence
In the here and now suffering doesn’t exist, this isn’t because life is as it’s wanted, suffering doesn’t exist because in the here and now there just isn’t a need for life to be different than what it is…
Suffering isn’t necessary to live, it has nothing to do with what happens in your life, it has to do with attaching “I” to it. There will be many things that occur in life, how they’re processed through “I” is where the suffering arises from. Unfortunately this “I” processing is at our core, without it the creation that there’s a you who doesn’t like what’s happening never arises. Also without the attached “I” process you wouldn’t need for things to be different so there wouldn’t be a need to try and make them so; after all trying to make life different is how the “I” process exist. Always wanting life different is why so many are in a state of suffering, it has nothing to do with what’s going on out there, it has everything to do what’s going on inside. Nothing can cause suffering unless it’s allowed and it’s only allowed because it’s not known how not to allow it.
Because of the conditioning in place most people will just conform with what society says and what the so called experts have to say. Too much is taken as surface truth without looking to see the underlying truth; this is why the world is in a state of suffering. The hate you have for something or someone is the hate you have for yourself, without a settled mind this will not be seen so this suffering energy will continue to be the controlling energy in place. Hate breeds hate always and it leads to suffering, always. Life Teaches
Many things in life can be your teacher if you are open enough to allow it, but if there’s constant noise in the space between your ears, nothing will be seen as it truly is…
Nature can teach you much if you’re not all caught up in what’s going on between your ears. I passed a large pond the other day and I was amazed to see about a hundred ducks sitting in the water. They were all perfectly still, their heads tucked away. There wasn’t one duck struggling with trying to be still, there was no teacher duck leading a guided meditation, no chants, or mantras being recited. No duck had on headphones listening to meditative music or positive affirmations, they were all just sitting there in the quietness of the moment. I actually pulled over to observe this further to allow my present moment awareness to be a part of theirs. I was experiencing the peace of their stillness and it was a serenity beyond words; the peace that passes all understanding as stated in the Bible is just that. It only happens when there’s stillness to allow it, this is what the tranquility of this blessed moment gave to me.
There was so much silence in this moment. Nothing of the material world has ever blessed me like this, and I’ve had some beautiful things happen to me. I can see why this silence was being experienced, it’s because for the last few weeks I’ve been using the body more and more to be anchored in the present moment and this has allowed my mind to be much more settled. I’ve seen these ducks in the past, but they never affected me like this. Many things in life can be our teachers when you are open enough to allow it, but if there’s constant noise in the space between one’s ears, nature or anything else for that matter will not be seen as it truly is and nor will the lessons that are being laid out before you…
Nature can teach you much if you’re not all caught up in what’s going on between your ears. I passed a large pond the other day and I was amazed to see about a hundred ducks sitting in the water. They were all perfectly still, their heads tucked away. There wasn’t one duck struggling with trying to be still, there was no teacher duck leading a guided meditation, no chants, or mantras being recited. No duck had on headphones listening to meditative music or positive affirmations, they were all just sitting there in the quietness of the moment. Fear: Not a Necessity
Fear is not a necessity to live your life, unless that is the story you want to make up. When fear is let go of it loses its grip and love naturally becomes the controller of your life…
Fear is created, love is not so anytime a thought of fear is allowed to fester and take control of you, your ability to give and receive love is compromised. In this state there’s no way we can give or receive love, which is our true nature, because your created fear is blocking it. When we let go of the thoughts that create fear your focus naturally returns to love and fear loses its grip because you aren’t giving it anything to stick to.
Fear is not natural, it’s created by a delusional identity to a fictitious self. A self that sees things through a pair of eyes that wants everything to fit nicely into a created world; fear arises when something threatens that world. The fear is you are going to lose something that you make yourself believe makes your world right. You form beliefs that reinforce this fear and you live by them. Your fears are all self created. Beyond Thought
If a person is stuck in a thought based world most likely they’ll be controlled by it. This is a prison that you will only be released from by going beyond your thoughts; into the realm of no mind…
It’s impossible to be conditioned by what isn’t created by your own mind. This means that regardless of what happens it’s your mind that creates the conditioning about it and it comes from within yourself. Lots of things happen throughout the day and each time the conditioning either holds onto it or not. Everyone has the ability to cease causing their own conditioning, it just takes a certain amount of awareness for this to occur; awareness slows down the thought process that runs continuously. This slowing down is the beginning of truth being revealed. Without it the necessary quietness that allows less conditioned attachment will not happen.
If there’s continuous thought and no quiet, all there will be is thought and this will not allow the ability to watch the Conditioned Mind unfold. If this isn’t seen your mind will never slow down and there won’t be any space created between your thoughts. Life will simply be thought based and the result of this will be your on going conditioning. When life slows down you’ll see how it’s your own mind that takes something that happens and puts it into a conditioned category. See this and you can break free of the hold your mind has over you by understanding you are not the mind; you are beyond the thought based conditioning. Thoughts create a view that makes what happens seem real, but it isn’t, it just seems so because of the delusional Conditioned Mind. Consciously Aware
If you’re alive, you’re at least somewhat aware and this is basically true for all beings, but where humans differ from other species is in the ability to be consciously aware…
A friend shared a story about a cat he had as a pet once. It seemed the cat actually liked this person, he would hold the cat and it would fall asleep in his arms. It would lick his hand and take food from it. One day as the cat was eating out of a bowl, this person took the food away before the cat was finished, the cat bit and scratched his hand, so much for liking the individual lol. The cat was conscious and also aware his food was being taken away, but it ended there. There was no conscious awareness of who was actually taking the food, his food was being taken away and he didn’t like it. This is how many humans react to situations, they like people as long as they don’t take away what they like.
For one to get beyond this mindset, there must be conscious awareness of it. This is where humans differ. Other species don’t have this ability to be truly consciously aware, if you look around it would seem most humans don’t have this ability either. What will have to transpire at some point in your life for this to change is truly being conscious of being aware; noticing what arises when what is liked is taken away or just naturally changes. This is key if one isn’t going to be drawn into labeling what’s changing. Suffering comes from not being consciously aware of what’s changing, by being controlled by what is liked. When you are consciously aware of what arises there’s simply awareness of it, but not attachment to it; thus you are free. Seeds of Willingness
Reaching your full potential requires never giving in to “I” by understanding you are already in a state of your full potential because you are alive and simply being alive is all there truly is…
Everyone has the potential to break free from the state of unconsciousness, but it’s not something that will just occur. For me I got to a point where there was no other place to look but within. Although I don’t profess to be an expert on this, I know it takes willingness to change deep rooted ideas that have been in place probably since the beginning of time, maybe even before, but nobody is keeping records of this. Breaking these conditioned patterns will take perseverance and the resolve not to give in to “I” and live from the purity of love; there has to be willingness to do so. For me I don’t always do what I want to do because I still at times revert to “I” conditioned patterns, but I never give in because that would mean the suffering that once consumed my very being would return and I’m not ready to allow that to happen.
This is not out of reach, it’s very practical. Change occurs when the conditioning in place changes; you can only reap the potential of the seed planted. The issue is most never get this because the seed planted blocks it from being seen. Stop making up a story about what you think life is about and start living it in the completeness of right now. Reaching your potential doesn’t require knowing more, it doesn’t require being more loving, or getting to a certain place. Your Actions/Results
You are your own judge and jury and your verdicts are the result of your own actions. What is done when no one is looking is the energy you will live by and it’s a direct result of your own actions…
Remember from years ago when a devil and angel character would pop up on a shoulders, this happened when a decision was needed about something. The figures were always with the face of the individual, it was because that’s who the real struggle is always with. Nothing outside of you can harm you as much as your own thoughts. A struggle mostly occurs when things aren’t lining up with the story of the way you want things; this energy is real. You can make it like you’re some spiritual guru and when no one is looking be selfish and unloving, but you’re not fooling anyone because you can’t hide from yourself. The energy that you live by is a result of your own actions. You are your own judge and jury and your verdicts are a result of your own actions. What is done when no one is looking shapes your life.
There’s nothing to prove to anyone, you can preach love and recite all the quotes that fit into a so called spiritual box, but if you’re not showing loving kindness to all beings, it’s all being done for one reason and that’s to satisfy the devil character of “I” on your shoulder. So many conditioned stories are made up about life and this keeps the devil character in place. You can get in touch with this simply by seeing how much love you show to all beings. Lip service means little here because it’s not only the world that gets hurt, it’s also yourself. A Labeled View
Most people will label life as good as long as everything is going their way. There can always be peace regardless of the circumstances, but only if it’s seen how all things are impermanent, including life itself…
On life being labeled good or not, if you’re thinking it isn’t it won’t be, and even if you label it as so, it will still not be good if that’s not what you truly believe; I equate this to whistling in the dark to keep fear away . As long as you’re whistling the distraction will keep the fear in check, but the moment you stop it will return. The key is to identify why you think life isn’t good and be with it as it is. People say be positive, but being positive to me is still whistling to distract from fear. Some unpleasant things do happen in life and if it’s just masked over and ignored, it becomes ingrained as an energy pattern in the subconscious that never goes away; this is how life gets labeled. Life itself is always good, it’s people who are conditioned to make it something else, this is the lie of the Conditioned Mind.
Life will be good when it’s seen in the light of how all things are impermanent including life itself. Believe me I get it, being ill, losing a loved one, living in poverty, and many others things that occur in life are labeled as bad, but what makes one think it’s bad is the attachment to it. Heart Possibilities
There are so many possibilities in life when there’s no past labels applied to what’s occurring Now. The Universe provides these possibilities when there’s harmony with it by not living in the past…
Heart living is your greatest asset because without the heart nothing real arises or at least nothing that’s beneficial. The heart leads to possibilities never experienced before, but when the heart is closed and the mind is in control the doors to those possibilities are closed as well. Whatever arises in life can be seen as it is only if it’s not labeled. In this way life can be experienced anew as the Universe allows more and more possibilities. Even if some past behavior arises, without the judgment of applying a label it allows living from the heart which allows the possibility to go beyond the past labels to experience something new.
Newness doesn’t always have to be a blissful moment, it can be the simple act of not judging what’s occurring Now and just experiencing that and moving on. Once something is labeled, the heart closes and so do all the possibilities along with it. To experience all the possibilities the heart offers is to not allow the past to be a part of now. Inner Struggle
All struggles are within, they arise from your own inner questions. Without the practice of discipline, the inner answers won’t be seen so you will have to look externally which will allow your inner struggles to continue…
Nothing causes you to struggle unless it’s allowed. If something can be changed change it, but if it’s being changed because of an inner struggle, it needs to be looked at why there is a struggle to begin with. This is because even if the thing is changed, you will just move on to the next thing that will cause you to become agitated and you will struggle once again.
All inner struggles are “I” based because they come from the Conditioned Mind. If you don’t think this is true ask yourself why you are struggling with what is written here, they are just words. It doesn’t matter if they are agreed with or not, but if they cause an inner struggle, that comes from within you, not from the writer or anything else. How we love to point at other things, but the only reason this is done is because of the lack of understanding of your own mind.
Everything that I have come to understand over the last twelve years has arisen from within myself. It has been through the practice of discipline that real answers have arisen directly from my inner silence. I can’t have anyone else’s answers because the one who questions is the one who has their answers. I do not have your answers because I do not have your questions. Investigating Yourself
You are the root of your struggles, they go deeper than what is seen, they’re rooted in the structure of how you think. If you don’t investigate yourself nothing will ever be different…
Changing our mental structure is like turning an ocean liner, the intention to turn happens right away, but the turn itself is very gradual. It’s as though we know we need to start turning right away, but we’re not sure why it doesn’t happen. Here’s a simple suggestion if you want to get in touch with breaking free of this ingrained mental structure, when you do something, investigate yourself. No reason to go back and look for a traumatic incident, investigate if what is being done right now is beneficial.
If the need to reach for something arises because life throws you a curve ball and you don’t investigate yourself, you’ll probably succumb to it by using some kind of distraction. By doing this you will never be free because you will never get in touch with why the reaching was needed in the first place. Investigating yourself is the most important thing you can do when there is something needed to reach for that’s not in your best interest. If you don’t, you will just substitute one thing for another and in the process remain trapped to what’s causing the need to reach. You may not like this post and you may even ignore it, but don’t be surprised when the next curve ball comes and you find yourself reaching for something, you just won’t know why you’re doing so because you don’t understand yourself…

Closed Mind View
There’s not much life in something that’s stagnant, and this is exactly what happens when one has a closed mind view; the free flowing energy is cut off and unfortunately this causes suffering…
A closed mind view is what causes a person to get locked into only seeing things from one side. It matters little what the view is, as it’s the strictness of being closed minded that doesn’t allow one’s energy to be free flowing. This is what happens when a story is created and it becomes the closed mind view of what life is about in any particular moment. The closed mind becomes very deeply ingrained as one becomes more and more emotionally tied into whatever it is that’s being held onto. It’s very difficult to not attach to something that’s made up by a closed mind that has a story of it being dear to your heart, such as your children, spouse, parents, relatives, friends and so on. You can have compassion, passion, and genuine love for something without attaching to it and being closed minded.
To me the closed mind view is the normal view of most people and it’s why there’s unnecessary suffering. I’ve noticed this occurring in so many lives and the suffering it causes. Unfortunately those in the midst of a closed mind view can’t see it, nor can they pull themselves out of it until it’s seen as the cause of suffering. The closed mind view doesn’t allow the openness needed to be free from attachment and since attachment is the root of suffering, suffering is inevitable. The tighter the grip, the more closed minded one becomes and the less free flowing energy there is in one’s life. The tighter the grip, the more closed minded one becomes and the less free flowing energy there is in one’s life. There’s not much life in something that’s stagnant and this is exactly what happens when one’s free flowing energy is cut off as the the closed mind view controls life and inevitably causes your suffering…

At Peace With What Happens
Be at peace with what happens and a story won’t be generated. If you’re at peace your energy will be transferred away from whatever it is that’s wanted different and hence an attached story won’t be created…
The stories that are created you become, and they take you from the peace of what happens and cement the energy used to create them. All stories are generated from something that happened in the past. There’s the story of your ______ (fill in the blank). There’s the story of just wanting things different and regardless the story shapes your life because of attachment, not because of anything else. These attached stories are where emotions arise from, they’re where fear, discontent, and anger form and gain their power. This is what attachment does, it takes the power away from you and hands it over to your conditioning; without attachment how things affect you lessen.
Throughout the day if there’s not awareness to remain present, the story begins and your energy gets transferred to attachment. It doesn’t matter what the story is, that you have transferred your energy to an outside source is what matters. As spring approaches you may not be able to get rid of all the weeds in your garden, but if you learn to be at peace with them, they won’t be a problem. Basically what has to be done in order not to create stories is to be at peace with what happens, regardless of what it is. If you want things to be different, your energy will be transferred to whatever it is that’s wanted different; this attachment becomes the controlling energy of your life. Mind/Feet Connection
When your mind is somewhere other than where your body is, most of your life will be missed. Until there’s a mind and feet connection, the fog of the Conditioned Mind will continue its control…
I was vacationing in Florida recently and when it was time to go home there was a reflection to keep my head where my feet were. To me this is a very important because the mind goes to places where only the mind can go. You can be sitting on a couch or taking a shower and your mind will be everywhere except where your feet are. The mind is constantly going to a place that only exist in your head and although it may be a stored memory, it isn’t what’s occurring right now so you aren’t truly living life. Yes there is the physical existence and everyone who is alive experiences this, but just physically existing without awareness means you have a wandering mind and are in the fog of your conditioning. Watch the wandering mind as it bounces from place to place except where your feet are.
The point of this is to show how you may always be physically where your feet are, but if you’re not aware of this your mind will most likely be somewhere else. Every Life is Special
There’s nothing really good or bad in life, there’s only the story of good and bad. If you don’t think this is true, watch the story attach to what you like (labeled as good) and what you don’t like (labeled as bad)…

We have become a society that thinks things are needed in order for life to be good, but it’s such a fallacy. If you are alive today that’s the only thing that needs to be looked at. You have been given the temporary gift of life and it will last for as long as it last and not one moment more. What is done with that life is determined by the way it is looked at. The stories that are made up about this manifestation called life are mostly full of nonsense that are usually someone else’s idea of what life is suppose to be like. We poison our bodies and mind with so much useless nonsense that comes from what others believe. All the stories created are used to make yourself feel better. Give to charities, hold events to help others, volunteer to help the so called less unfortunate without seeing this is only a story to make yourself feel better. The word love is thrown around without truly understanding it and this is because a mind made definition is attached. Life doesn’t need to be defined to be good, there’s no true good or bad, there’s only the story of good and bad. The world has been around for billions of years and now is a time that conditions are conducive for you to exist, that’s basically life as it is, feel free to add your story if that’s what you need. Blindly Led
When you are blindly under the control of the Conditioned Mind you behave in ways not because it’s how you want to be, you behave in ways because it’s how you have to be…
It was a lack of understanding of my conditioning that led me to remain blind to it, and what I was blind to was my own mind that was conditioned to self serve. The issue with this type of conditioning is it causes one’s own destruction because the destructiveness is blindly disguised as pleasure; this pleasure is pursued by many to their death. It was blindly pursued by me in this way and I was at it’s mercy. It said to use drugs, alcohol, gambling, lying, cheating, stealing and so on. This is how the blindness of the Conditioned Mind is developed except for some who are fortunate enough to see this at a young age.
The way I was conditioned wasn’t the fault of anyone in particular, it happened indirectly by the inner and outer influences of my life which molded me to behave in the ways my conditioning developed and blindly led me. Not because this is how I wanted to be, but by not understanding this it was the way I had to be. You cannot behave in any other way except in the way you have been conditioned. Change the conditioning and change your entire existence or not and remain the same. The value of knowing my own mind is in the understanding there was no where else to turn; not to God, support groups, therapy, self help books, positive thinking, or anything else, but inward. What I learned is when the Conditioned Mind is understood, you are no longer blind. Its control slowly dissipates as you develop discipline, the mind actually slows down. Once this slowing occurs, the possibilities are endless because there is no longer distractions that keep you blind to the conditioning. With this solid understanding of what you’re truly up against, you are able to develop the discipline so your conditioned blinders fall away…

Delusional Lies
Delusions based in lies can’t be revealed with the same lies. It’s not that truth has to be known to change this, but the lies will have to be revealed if they are to cease their control…
It’s very difficult to explain truth because there’s so many different perceptions of it. Instead of trying to prove what truth is, let’s explore what a lie is. A lie is something that has no real facts to its base. Perceptions aren’t factual, they are usually made up by the perceiver to suit some sort of delusion. I’ve been asked if I believe in God, I always answer I know what I know which is based in the facts of what I’ve experienced, and that’s what I share, my experience. I don’t see the benefit of making up a story about something to suit a mind made need. I know love is more beneficial than hate, patience more beneficial than being impatient, kindness is better than being mean so I learn what the blocks are to living a factual life so it’s of maximum benefit to myself and to all beings; truth is known when the lies are understood.
The biggest lie in place is that things will satisfy you, and this is reinforced everyday. It’s a delusional lie at the core of our entire misaligned society; it creates all our issues as a society. Religious sects all claim to have the truth, no facts, just their truth. Politicians try to fix delusions based in lies with the same lies. The entire entertainment and sports industry are based in lies that create the false impression of the haves and have nots, which creates separation in our society. Lie after lie after lie, and what happens to a society when lies are its base, we become a society of liars. Not because we want to, and not because we can’t know the truth, but simple because we don’t understand the delusion of our lies…

Surface Process
Nothing that’s done just randomly occurs so if the surface process in place that determines this isn’t understood, you will blindly live a life controlled by what occurs through the surface process…
Understanding how the surface process controls you is what allows you to understand what’s truly going on in your life. It’s very difficult to decipher what’s real and what isn’t, but it’s not all that difficult to understand the surface process that makes you view life as you do. Mostly one is led around blindly without understanding why what is done is done, this is the reason most never break free from their Conditioned Mind as the surface energy patterns remain in place. If something has you in its grip, if you don’t understand the surface process in place that causes this, you will not have the tools or awareness to go deeper and break free from it. This process mostly fluctuates throughout your life and it’s the unawareness of what’s truly going on that makes you pursue things that aren’t beneficial to your own well being; as stated before this is strictly because the surface process in place isn’t allowing it.
None of your behavior is random, it manifest in the way that it does because it’s what’s in place, you can’t get apples from an pear tree. Certain Universal Laws are in effect throughout life and regardless if the behavior associated with them is wanted or not, it will arise depending on the surface process that’s in control. The surface process in place makes you see things from every place other than love, this is the cause of all your problems. Expectations Energy
The expectations you have for something are the expectations you have for yourself. Without a settled mind this will not be seen so expectations will continue to be the controlling energy in place…
There will be many unpleasant things that occur in life, but they’re considered unpleasant only because that’s your expectation and this is where suffering arises from. This expectation process is at our core, without it the creation that there’s a you who doesn’t like what’s happening would never arise. Also without the pleasant attached expectation, you wouldn’t need for things to be different so there wouldn’t be a need to try to make things pleasant; after all expecting life to be pleasant is how life is mostly lived. Always wanting life pleasant is why so many are in a constant state of discontentment, it has nothing to do with what’s going on outside, it has everything to do what’s going on inside. Nothing can cause discontentment unless it’s allowed and it’s only allowed because it’s not known how not to have expectations.
Because of the conditioning in place most people will just go along with what society and the so called experts have to say. To much is taken as the norm without looking to see the truth and this is why there’s so much expectation. The expectation you have for something or someone is the projection you have for yourself. Arisen Thoughts
Thoughts are a given, they’ll always be there. To think is human, but taking your thoughts to the next level to form concepts is when attachment arises as a belief thought to need life different…
If it’s not learned to just be with the thoughts that arise, they will control you. This is because of the conditioning of a mind that wants to push thoughts away and change them. How this works is, let’s say someone walks up to you and says something that you don’t particularly care for, immediately there’s attachment as there’s the thought of not caring for what was said, and where there’s attachment, there’s the tendency to react the way you always react when someone says something that’s not cared for. This is done again and again because of the conditioning in place. Someone says something you don’t care for and you wind up saying something back to them. What you do is take their dissatisfying thought and make it your own and then you throw your dissatisfied thought back at them. Now basically you are at war.
Thoughts aren’t right or wrong, there’s very little fact as to why they arise. Guided Direction
Being a guide to provide a direction so others can find their way is important, but when the guide is only there to provide a specific direction, its guiding effectiveness is limited…
There’s no such thing as one way to wake up from the sleep of unconsciousness and it’s just about impossible to see exactly what another person experiences simply because no one travels the same exact road in life. I find it quite amusing the way some people project their waking up process as being the way it is. This is not to say this isn’t the way it is for that person, but that’s their experience and it’s very unlikely two people let alone many will see things the same in the waking up process. I know for me I just try to guide people to look inward so they can come to their own conclusion to finding what will provide them their peace. I seriously doubt anyone went through exactly what I did to get to the place I’m in now, so I wouldn’t expect anyone to see things as I do.

Move On
Situations of life are always changing, one day regardless of your current situation it will also change so you might as well move on because change is simply the nature of life…
Since change is the nature of life it’s most beneficial to learn to move on as opposed to resisting change. Last month I went through some major changes with my health. Basically this meant I had to change some things that were in place for many years, but since change is the nature of life I had to move on to not get bogged down in changes resisting energy. This isn’t life doing anything, it’s just something that happens and I better move on because if I don’t the situation will take me for a ride on the emotional roller coaster of life; even though this is of my own doing. You see there is always a choice, but it takes perseverance to not allow the situations of what happens to be in control. Situations in life never stay the same, from being born which is a situation, to dying which is also a situation. The main thing to do when situations change whether they’re wanted or not is to simply move on.
This isn’t the key to happiness here because if something is unpleasant like getting sick, it will not make you happy, but it doesn’t have to control you and be allowed to take you from your place of peace. Many things happen in life, loved one’s die, people get sick, accidents happen, there are disappointments, heartache, there are also joys, and elations, but regardless of what occurs, move on because not only will it not last, but it doesn’t have to be allowed to control you. There’s a peace and balance in understanding “move on” and the key to this is understanding everything is impermanent as one day regardless of what the situation is right now, it will also change so you might as well simply move on…

Many things happen in life, loved one’s die, people get sick, accidents happen, there are disappointments, heartache, there are also joys, and elations, but regardless of what occurs, move on because not only will it not last, but it doesn’t have to be allowed to control you.
