From our non loving judgements not only do we hurt ourselves, but we effect everyone who associates with us because we expose them to the self serving energy of our judgmental mind.

When we want things to be different then what they are in our life, we block out our ability to see the truth of what is going on right now. It is only in truth that freedom can be experienced.

Remove all barriers to Universal Love. Those barriers are presented to us through our own mind. Accept them and the heart closes. Allow them to pass through and the heart will remain opened.

There is no effort that we can make to still ourselves.  True stillness comes naturally from moments of solitude where our minds are allowed to settle. Just as water seeks its own level, the mind will gravitate towards Love.

Our life is not a problem to be solved but a mystery to be lived. Right now whatever you are doing, take a deep breath. It is in that pause that life happens.

Learn to be guided by Universal Love and you understand how to be with a peace that is always there. This is not something you will get. It is something you will recieve.

Our Spiritual Maturity is measured by the amount of earthly desires we think we need to gain a sense of completeness. With God nothing is needed to be complete.

Happiness comes from within, by being secure in the knowledge of God's Love for us. We may truly know happiness when we have lost sight of ourselves in the Love for God.

Our preconceived ideas are how we associate with the things in our life. We put a label of like or dislike on something and that determines how we will react.Our labeling makes up our world.

When our "I" wants, it will be at that point where we will either be free or we will create a story in our head that attaches to our "I". We are the results of that decision.
