Divine Guidance

Divine guidance puts you in harmony with life. Understand though it’s not that life does anything to you, but if you’re not guided by the divine it will certainly seem like it does…

Divine guidance is in place to put you in harmony with life and it’s also in place to offer protection against certain behavior. When you’re guided by the divine, its boundaries allow for life to be lived to the fullest. But the mind has to be open and free flowing for guidance from the divine to take place. The heart aligns with the divine, but it’s often missed because the mind comes into play which blocks the awareness of it. The more you’re guided by selfish behaviors, the less chance there is to be guided by the divine. When things are used and abused to satisfy self, this blocks life from being divine. The animal realm is guided naturally, that’s why there’s perfect balance. Unfortunately the human conditioning relies too much on the intellect and not enough on the divine.

Life is guided in one of two ways, either the guidance allows alignment with the divine or not. A quiet mind can see this to a degree and slowly stops doing the things that block the divine from being your guide. As long as you’re alive life will be lived, but in what way determines your actions and consequences. Cheat on your spouse and regardless if you get caught or not you’ll be out of harmony with the divine. So take heed and understand life never does anything to you, but if you‘re not guided by the divine, it will certainly seem like it does…

Everything Passes

Life is dynamic, but sometimes it’s made into a burden as if it’s always going to be this way. This makes life a delusion that what’s happening will never pass, but everything passes…

Making something that’s occurring in the moment as if it’s going to be this way forever is why one gets swept away by a made up burdens. They’re not truly burdens, they just take on the energy they’re given as if what’s occurring right now is always going to be this way. Once the energy of it’s always going to be this way is seen, the tool of “Everything Passes” can be applied. When one is struggling with something the greatest understanding you can have is that it’s your own mind that creates every obstacle to your inner peace regardless of how life unfolds; if this isn’t understood inner peace will never be had.

Everything passes even if what occurs is made permanent by your mind. This goes for everything including life itself so no matter what it is one day it will not be so. Here is one of my favorite examples of this: If you visit a doctor because you’re not feeling well and are told you have a year to live, do you want to die 365 times or once? A mind that‘s settled can see the truth of this and hence the freedom and value of only dying once. Or not and die everyday until the time comes when conditions that support living in this form are no longer met. We are only visitors here regardless of what happens in life and no matter how tight the hold is on something, everything passes…

Inner Unrest

All unrest arises from within yourself; it’s from your own internal mind. Without discipline, the mind will never settle nor will the inner unrest of needing to reach for something externally…

The world is in a state of unrest, but not with each other as you may think, it’s with ourselves. The lack of understanding of your own mind is the cause of all inner unrest; most people haven’t a clue this is the cause of all internal unrest. We lash out at people, have road rage, try to change people, constantly seek to alter the way that we feel because we were never taught how to just be with life as it is, and be with who we are as we are. There would never be a need to have anything or anyone different if you had the ability to just be with life. If you don’t have a certain contentment with the way things are, what makes you think that if things were different there would be contentment; you would still have inner unrest that makes you reach for things externally.

There’s external reaching because you want to alter how you feel. My mind was always in a state of unrest, and because there wasn’t an understanding of the Conditioned Mind, my unrest wasn’t understood. It didn’t matter what happened, by not having the ability to just be, the mind becomes disturbed and inner unrest arises. Nothing causes unrest unless it’s allowed. If something bothers you and it can be changed by all means change it, but it needs to be looked at why there’s unrest to begin with. Even if the thing is changed, without an understanding of your own mind, you will just move onto the next thing which will cause a state of inner unrest to arise once again…

Belief Anchored Mind

When there’s awareness aware of awareness and you don’t give in to what comes from a belief anchored mind, it makes for a view of the heart instead of the head…

A belief anchored mind is very different than what is seen from awareness; the belief centered mind has a different focus than awareness. Everything going on today is because of a belief anchored mind. You cannot have hate when the space of awareness. Although awareness will give in to the world at times, it’s how lessons are learned. This is an understanding from awareness that the conditioned belief anchored mind can’t grasp. The mind sees what it’s conditioned to see. Awareness arises from the space of the present moment.

Awareness doesn’t mean you are better than anyone, what it means is a clear path has been revealed to you. Awareness aware of awareness is difficult to see because of all the distractions in place. These distractions keeps you anchored to the belief that something is needed outside of you. Need, need, need, awareness doesn’t need, it realizes its divinity as it is. When you’re aware of awareness, you become the seer instead of the reactor. I had a belief anchored mind for forty nine years and even today the old beliefs resurface, but because of awareness there’s less attachment to the belief anchored mind; this naturally allows awareness to arise. When you live from awareness it makes for a much different life than living from an anchored belief…

Developed Discipline

Understanding and developing discipline allows for those who were once lost to possibly be found, and those who were once blind to possibly see, but only if there’s developed discipline in place…

If there isn’t some kind of developed discipline in place so your can understand your behavior, it will be difficult to proceed in a direction where there will be any expansion of truth. The first thing to understand is if you even have a practice that develops discipline. I don’t mean the practice of copying another’s way, although there’s nothing wrong with that, but if it’s in place to just keep you busy, it’s not really a practice to develop discipline. Although it is a practice, the discipline for the mind to quiet is what one needs to understand for the continuous expansion of truth. I’m sharing this because this is what has allowed me to be as I am today. There’s no magic to this, developing discipline has to be understood if one is to experience truth results, this is as simple as two plus two equaling four.

Understand your behavior, reactions, attachments, annoyances, and whatnot that it’s the lack of discipline that’s the driving force behind them. This lack of discipline is the driving force that blocks you from expanding beyond the nonsense of the Conditioned Mind. Without discipline in place that allows this to be understood, you might as well not practice at all because it’s just a waste of time and energy. Either do it so it develops discipline or don’t do it at all. You can only be free by understanding what it takes to be free, and only the discipline that puts you in harmony with life allows harmony with life; to me this makes sense. I practiced wrongly (no discipline) for many years and it produced results that weren’t beneficial, but I understand this now and learned from it. Because of this understanding, where I was once lost I’m now found, and where I was once blind I now see, but only because of having a practice that developed discipline…

Focused Energy

The time you’re alive in this form will be occupied by focused energy, what the focus of that energy is determines how your life unfolds and what the output of life will be…

This is very important to see, but then again it’s not so important to see because this isn’t to be made into a story of how you are to live. The focused energy you live by will either be from the heart and one sees this or they don’t; most don’t. When this is the focus, living from the heart naturally becomes the way one lives. Focused energy builds on itself regardless of what it is. To me, this a basic understanding of the “Law of Attraction” I’m not saying this is the way it is, it’s just the understanding that’s been revealed to me. When my energy is focused on stillness what becomes my life’s building blocks are all derived from stillness. This isn’t a doing of mine, it’s a transformation occurring from stillness itself.

What is unfortunate about this is that the opposite is also true, at least this has been my experience. For years my focused energy was based to self-serve and although I mostly got what I wanted, it wasn’t what I was looking for. This is worth repeating: For years my energy was based to self serve and although I mostly got what I wanted, it wasn’t what I was looking for. This self-serving energy also built on itself and it doesn’t take a genius to see why my life was the way it was; my building blocks to self-serve manifested in the only way they could. What focused energy is in place will be what manifests, sorry about this, but there’s no way around it; you can only be what the focus of your energy is.

Sit with this and investigate what the focus of your energy is and see how it builds on itself. Life doesn’t make it what it is, the energy of one’s focus makes life what it is. To a large degree we are all the creators of our own reality and that reality will be what the focus of our energy is; there are exceptions to this, but for the most part this is true. Positive, negative, noisy, quiet, which one of these will build the kind of life you want to live? It’s not up to the outside circumstances that determines this. It’s the focused energy the outside circumstance are given that determines how they are dealt with, how they are built on, and the way future circumstances will be dealt with. You can only build upon the energy that you are focused on and you can only be that energy. The life you build is up to you, you alone are the creator of your reality, for the most part…

Repetitious Nonsense

Do whatever it is you think you need to do, just don’t attach to it and watch how the repetitious nonsense of your thoughts dissipates as you’re simply not a part of them…

Many think what happens in life causes their reactions, but what’s not understood is the reactions are already in place, they’re just being triggered by what’s occurring. There’s so much conditioning that it keeps people from understanding their own mind, and if you don’t understand your own mind it will control you. I know people don’t think their thoughts are nonsense and take offense to this being pointed out, but this is the exact energy that’s being projected out without an inkling of the repetitious nonsense. You may be abruptly responding right now to this by thinking who do I think I am to label thoughts as nonsense, but that’s what’s seen so that’s what’s shared. What was revealed to me was just how much of humanities thoughts are repetitious nonsense; just watch the news. Anytime anger is a response it causes your own suffering, yet it’s done all the time. That’s only part of it, what’s really crazy is it isn’t truly known why there’s anger. Stories are made up why there is, but that doesn’t mean they’re true.

There are many justified causes for anger, but they’re all just part of the repetitious nonsense; that it’s done without realizing it is why it’s nonsense. The list of attachments that are held onto are endless, this is what keeps the repetitious nonsense in place. Very few will really get what this article is about, it’s easier to say the writer doesn’t know what he’s talking about than to truly look at this. The only way sanity will return and anger won’t be repetitious is if it’s understood. Look around and see how attachment is the leading cause of all this repetitious nonsense. When you wake up you can pull away from this nonsense; which remains in control if waking up doesn’t occur. Do whatever you it is you think you need to do, just don’t attach to it and watch how the repetitious nonsense of your thoughts dissipates as you’re simply not part of them…

Unknown Agitation Energy

What the unawareness of unknown agitations do is it keeps the unknown agitation energy in place for what you’re making a stand for, but it doesn’t really change anything…

The agitations of life are in place to grab you and pull you deeper into an unknown state. Not many break free once an agitation is set, but if you know the agitation (generated from your own mind) is there, it’s less likely to grab you; not being known is what activates an agitation. Not many investigate what their agitations are so they’re set unknowingly. By the time they’re noticed it’s usually too late and you become a prisoner to the unknown agitation energy. This has been going on since humanity began. Today’s world is just as insane as a thousand years ago, there’s just more news coverage and social media to spread the insanity; make no mistake that’s what’s being done. This cause, that cause, I don’t like this or that, all the agitation energy being put out. I have been unfriended by some because they have chosen not to look at this. The insanity in place cannot be seen by the one who doesn’t know themselves; strong language, but true.

Get agitated into the story of the so called injustices that appear to be going on, but understand this is nothing new. It has been and will continue to occur because of the agitation energy being put out by all. This isn’t to say injustices aren’t there, but taking a stand against them feeds them with agitation energy to allow them to continue. If you don’t think this is true, what has changed in the last few years or even the last thousand years in the way humanity reacts to things? This article isn’t about the last few years because unknown agitated triggers have been in place for many years. This is what the unawareness of unknown agitations do, it keeps the agitated energy in place for what you’re making a stand for. In the process although this energy makes one think they have to stand up for what they believe, but it doesn’t really change a damn thing…

In Sync Intentions

When intentions are in sync with love this opens the heart to loving all beings. Not because it’s wanted, but because this is the way love rolls when intentions are in sync with love…

Having love intentions is worth more than all the books combined on what it means to be spiritual. And why this is so is because your in sync intentions are yours and the content of any book is someone else’s. Someone else’s idea of you will never be you, no matter if their way is copied exactly. This is why many remain in the struggle because they’re trying to be someone else’s idea of who they should be. You can use books, methods, and whatnot as a tool, but the in sync intentions of why you do what you do will need to be reflected upon to see if the results of your efforts are in sync with love. Not the story of love, but the love that arises not from effort, but from one’s own synchronization. This is where effort is meaningless if it’s not in sync with love. Only in sync intentions with love will result in meaning.

There are as many books about awakening as there are people practicing, but everyone who reads a book and practices doesn’t necessarily wake up. This is because the intentions aren’t of the necessary energy that allows synchronization with a loving heart. True intentions need to be seen if there is to be synchronizations with all beings. This doesn’t mean a person won’t harm you or animals and insects won’t bite you, but it’s less likely you’ll put yourself in that type of situations with being in sync with a loving heart. In the space of stillness one learns to see their true intentions and in the process have those intentions in sync with love. When this occurs one will love all beings, not because it’s wanted, but because this is the way love rolls when intentions are in sync with love…

Mindless Habits

A mind that gets stuck in habits doesn’t just happen, it takes many years to create. It’s deeply ingrained in the subconscious and will take much willingness to get out of repeating mindless habits…

To not get mindlessly stuck in the habits of the daily routines of everyday life, each day has to be viewed as new so a message of love can be brought into it. Not a single habitual act from yesterday, good, bad, or indifferent can be undone. Our mindless reaching is the result of the habits in place to cope with things as they occur. If you’re not mindful of love, how can you expect your habits to be of love? This is only considered bad in the sense that it causes suffering because of the energy emitted from a habit that isn’t based in love.

This energy is the mindlessly habitual energy of a so called mundane life, but life is anything but mundane. This mindless habit energy doesn’t allow for one to take advantage of opportunities to be the instrument of love. Our mindless perceptions create habits which take away the objectivity of truly living life. Things really aren’t as we think. Our life may be lived by our thoughts, but this is the created delusion Buddha described. When we can stop giving in to the mindless habits of putting everything in our little perception box, we begin to fill life up with love and eventually the mindless habits fall away. As this happens, each and everyday is a new beginning because the mindless habits don’t exist…

Love Flowing Mind

When a person awakens, a love flowing mind state is provided which allows a truthful view of your actions. With this love flowing mind state, you become aware if the effects of your actions are truthful and beneficial…

Having a love flowing mind state allows for the ability to decipher the immediate effect of your actions and a truthful view. A love flowing mind state doesn’t allow a greed, hate, and delusion mind state to arise. In seeing the effects of greed, hate, and delusion for what they are and their controlling characteristics, you just may be able to pause them for a millisecond. If this isn’t seen these characteristics will continue with monkey mind control.

Observe the different mind states which are greed, hate and delusion and their polar opposites, generosity, love, and wisdom. These are the restricted and love flowing mind states most people fluctuate between. With a love flowing mind state you see how your actions and the associated consequences are truthfully linked. What happens first is you can decipher the mind state associated with the action, and second it’s seen if the associated action is truthful. It’s very easy to see rage and the lie association with the mind state of hate. It doesn’t take much intelligence to see how this action isn’t truthful nor beneficial to anyone. Without awareness of this, one remains attached to the mind state of hate and hence the associated actions. Intelligence has no bearing on this whatsoever.

It also works this way with the action of kindness. Kindness with no attached expectation is an action associated with the mind state of compassion. You can definitely see how this action is truthful and benefits everyone; to me this is what an awakening is, but understand no one is rendered white as snow because of becoming awake. No one among us can cast the first stone, but by the mind settling, your view becomes love flowing and you become aware of your actions, and the truth associated with your actions. It can then be seen that your actions are truly a benefit not only to yourself, but to all beings…

Unmindful Reacting

Most reactions that occur in life are unmindful as they’re put in place by your conditioning. If your life isn’t experienced to its fullest potential, it’s your own unmindful reacting that blocks it from being so…

Although things may appear to be a certain way, it’s not always as it appears. It’s difficult to see beyond your own mind when unmindful conditioning is brought into play. So much of what the mind holds is stored to be used at particular times, this blocks life from truly being experienced. We already have in place the way things are going to be handled, unmindful reactions are formed in this way.

Advertising is a billion dollar industry because of this. Media uses certain words they know are going to sway people in a predictable way. Stores know exactly where to place products. It’s all based on putting things in a certain place so your unconscious reactions make them more attractive.

This occurs because the unconscious Conditioned Mind determines it. If you had no previous conditioning none of the above methods would work, but this is not the case. One of the keys to not reacting unmindful is to develop some way to be in the present moment. The more you’re in the present moment the more life is experienced. When this occurs there’s a peace that passes all understanding because there’s awareness of your unmindful reacting, and they’re no longer seen as being beneficial…

Anchored in Awareness

When there’s awareness aware of awareness, you’re anchored in awareness so you don’t give in to what comes from a selfish mind; this allows for a view from the heart instead of the head…

Being anchored in selfishness is very different than what is seen from being anchored in awareness; a selfish anchored mind has a different focal point than one that is awareness anchored. Everything going on today in the world is because of a selfish anchored mind; you cannot hate in the space of being anchored in awareness. Although awareness will give in to the world at times, it’s how lessons are learned. There’s an understanding from being anchored in awareness that the Conditioned Mind can’t grasp. The mind sees what it’s conditioned to see, awareness arises from the space of the present moment where conditioning is limited.

Being anchored in awareness doesn’t mean you’re better than anyone, what it equates to is a clear path that has been revealed to you. Awareness aware of awareness is difficult to see because of all the selfish anchored distractions in place. These selfish distractions keep you trapped to the conditioning that something is needed outside of you. Need, need, need, awareness doesn’t need, it realizes its divinity as it is. When you’re aware of awareness, you become the seer instead of the reactor. I had a selfish anchored mind for forty nine years, even today the old selfishness resurfaces, but because of awareness there’s less attachment to the selfish anchors; this naturally allows awareness to arise. When your life is anchored in awareness, it makes for a much different existence than living from the made up stories to fulfill selfish desires…

Delusions Exposed

You see things as they are exposed and although it can’t be any other way, this doesn’t mean it’s truth that’s exposed, it may just be delusional conditioning…

Unless you truly investigate yourself to the point where your delusions are exposed, truth will continue to be something made up. Knowing this makes it difficult at times responding to some of my articles as many don’t come from a place of quiet (truth); many respond from the noise of the Conditioned Mind. I don’t say this because I know everything, matter of fact I know very little, but what I do know isn’t understood by many. I know this simply by the delusional responses there are to some of my articles. This isn’t a popularity contest and what people think of me is not a concern; planting seeds of truth is all that matters. I’ve been removed from many groups because my post are misinterpreted as me stating my truth, but I never profess to know what truth is, I only talk about what remains after the delusions are exposed.

The other day someone wrote there are seven billion truths in the world because there are roughly seven billion people, but this is the major issue with humanity, everyone perceives things their way and because of the delusional conditioning it’s thought to be truth; there’s only one truth. Just because you think it, see it, or someone else writes it and you attach to it and believe it, it means nothing. Truth can’t really be known, but one can expose the delusions in place. When this happens, creating truth isn’t needed because it naturally arises; no individual story necessary. Whenever I write about emotions, forgiveness, hope, and so on, it always stirs up the delusional conditioning because it usually exposes some delusional attachment. I will never waver from what has been revealed to me because I can’t. Popularity is not what I seek, selling books is not what I seek, matter of fact there’s nothing sought because I know there’s only one truth and when seven billion people stop making up their own, just maybe there will be peace on earth…

An Unchained Heart

Our human form is the what’s used to experience life so our human form should never be denied. Non attachment to it though is key if one is to truly experience living from an unchained heart…

When life begins there aren’t any blocks developed to chain your heart. Slowly though as we grow, blocks are developed by attaching an identity to our human form, but this is how we experience life so we should never deny our human form. Non attachment to it is key to truly experience an unchained heart. The more thought that’s applied to our human form, the less in touch we are with the true essence of an unchained heart.

It would be easy to say “that’s just the way I am” but no one is just the way they are. We become the way we are by influences and conditioning. It’s very nice to say things like our true essence is to love, but with all the tragic behavior that goes on, it’s really difficult to see our true essence as anything but insanity.

Everyone goes around forcing their will on whomever they come in contact with and it’s labeled as love. But an unchained heart never forces anything, it doesn’t need to. The conditioning to an identity goes very deep and why this is so is because it’s the foundation of the way most people exist. This identity is the reason why people reach outside themselves for fulfillment; all to satisfy a human form. Attachment to human form is the only block that one will encounter chaining their heart. Until there’s awareness of this, you will never truly love through your human form. I’m not saying people don’t love, but there’s a lot of selfish attachment to the way most people love. Until the mind settles so one unchains their human form and lives from the heart, the Conditioned Mind will remain in control and living from a heart of love will be fleeting at best. So sit and be still and you just may see how it’s only in this moment that you can unchain from your human form and thus unchain your heart…

Never Settle For Less

You can settle and hope for the best in life by letting the so called chips fall where they may. Or you can take control of your life by never settling and utilizing the most beneficial resources available…

You wouldn’t settle on anything but the best doctor if you had a life threatening ailment. I know I would do the necessary research to find the best doctor available. Why is it that we settle with answers from out there as our first choice when the most beneficial answers you’ll ever find are within yourself. We’re the best source to finding answers to what ails us once we have a proper diagnosis. This is when the necessary action can be taken to help heal our ailment. We have to use the most beneficial resources available for our answers, which are always within. Quietness is needed to understand this, without it the mind settles and makes you think the most beneficial resources are out there somewhere.

This understanding will not occur on its own, it’ll take a willingness to allow this awareness. Without awareness it’s almost like picking a doctor through the method of throwing a dart at a board. Would you really settle and take a chance like that? Nothing is more important than your own life and having control over it. You can settle and leave it up to chance, hope for the best and leave it at that, or you can use the most beneficial resources available to do what’s necessary to cooperate with life so you’re in harmony with it. Life can only be what it’s made out to be. Making it a masterpiece can only be done when there’s no settling and the most beneficial resources available are sought out and utilized. Either you do this or you settle and let chance determine how life will be. The choice is yours, it’s your life and using the most beneficial resources will allow you to not settle for anything other than living life to the fullest…

A True Sense

Because of the way the mind becomes conditioned, its default state is mostly agitated. A true sense of the mind is if you’re at peace right now with the world exactly as it is without having to save it…

Do whatever it is you think you need to do to get the desired results you think are needed, but see what’s leading you. If you’re to get a true sense of what’s really going on in your life, there will have to be a deep sense of why you’re being led in the direction you’re going. There are reasons why a person constantly struggles with the sense of being at peace. As subtle as this can be, it’s not something most people consciously sense. Because of the way the mind becomes conditioned, its normal state is mostly agitated. From the time a person starts their day the agitations begins. The alarm clocks rings and the snooze button is hit and although it’s not thought about that you’re not at peace, the bottom line is you’re not.

Constantly needing to have life different is caused by the mind being agitated which keeps you from sensing the agitation. Save the world if that’s what leads you to go in that direction, just understand maybe the world doesn’t need you to save it. If you’re not sensing being at peace in the moment without needing it different, that’s what really should be looked at. Nothing else matters regardless of what you’re doing because it’s only a made up story that keeps the mind from sensing it’s in an agitated state. Many people are so busy trying to save the world that they don’t sense the beauty of the moment. Until the beauty of the moment is sensed and you can just be with that, peace will not be had because you will be too busy trying to save a world that just may not need saving. To me, a true sense of a settled the mind is if there’s peace right now with the world exactly as it is without having an agitated need to save it…

Follower Mentality

There’s so much of a follower mentality in our society today that it’s almost impossible to break its hold. The reason for this is because the thing being held onto is attached to by the follower mentality of “I”…

The follower mentality will drag you along unconsciously unless there’s some awareness that it’s happening. To me the only thing that allows this awareness are your thoughts slowing down enough to where there’s a millisecond of space between them; in this space the pull of a follower mentality lessens. The only thing I’ve found that allows this space is being present. It’s very important to understand this because people sit for hours with other intentions and the moment they’re finished, the follower mentality returns. Understanding this is beneficial because it allows for a clear vision which keeps the mind open to lead instead of follow. If everything stays in the head as follower intellect, it will be difficult to break free from the energy of this. The more attachment there is to follower energy, the harder it is to pull away.

One example of this is in the Bible, the masses grew and grew as the Pharisees publicly tried Jesus. As more people were pulled into the follower mentality to crucify, the energy intensified. If you research some of the conquerors of the past, you will see exactly how the follower mentality works. As their reigns widened and their tyranny expanded, the follower mentality deepened. There’s so much of this energy in our society right now, and it’s reinforced daily. It’s so hard to break free because of the attached follower mentality of “I” that keeps it in place. This includes trying to help others if the follower mentality is focused on “I” instead of the intuitive love of the heart. Until “I” is addressed, few people will break free from the follower energy because the attached mentality won’t allow space between your thoughts as the energy of “I” remains in control…

Delusional Thoughts

The more controlled you are by a delusional thought, the more delusional your actions will be. The delusional actions are determined by the hold the delusional thought has over you…

Delusional thoughts don’t happen as much when you’re busy, although they’re still randomly arising non stop, but because of the busyness there isn’t much focus on them. Delusional thoughts arise when you’re doing the daily mundane tasks that don’t take much focus. In this state of semi idleness if there isn’t awareness of this, when a thought arises there’s nothing to distract you from becoming attached to it because the mind has no focus; this opens the door for delusional actions to occur.

Here is an example of a delusional thought process. You’re at home relaxing feeling all is well, all of a sudden a thought pops in that you want to have a glass of wine, substitute the wine with something more suited to your conditioning. At this point if there’s awareness, the thought will be allowed to pass through, but if there isn’t look out because the delusional action begins. First a past pleasure is brought into the present, then the Conditioned Mind makes you attach to the pleasure. Now there’s a delusional impulse to reach for something (in this case a glass of wine) this puts delusional actions into place; once the bottle of wine is opened and consumed, delusional consequences follow.

There wouldn’t be much of a consequence from consuming one glass of wine, but often times it turns into a bottle. The more controlled you are by a delusional thought the more delusional the actions are. Because so much of the thought process is to provide pleasure there’s nothing this pleasure seeking can’t make worse; this understanding is imperative if you’re to be free from delusional actions. It needs to be understood that it’s your own Conditioned Mind that creates your delusional actions. Why this is such an issue is because this leads to the belief these delusional actions are the best solution life has to offer. Without awareness of this and with no tools in place to prevent it, tragically there’s not much focus given to the delusional actions of your delusional thoughts…

Unconscious Level

The root of all struggles are deeply ingrained at the unconscious level. They’re rooted in the structure of how you think. If this isn’t investigated beyond the unconscious level view, nothing will ever change…

Changing the unconscious level mind structure is like turning a ship. The intention to turn happens right away, but the turn itself is very gradual. It’s as though we know we need to start turning right away, but we don’t see beyond the unconscious level. Here’s a simple suggestion if you want to get in touch with breaking free of this ingrained unconscious level structure; it’s not that complicated. When you do something, investigate what the unconscious level viewer sees. No reason to go back and look for a traumatic incident, why it’s seen only from the unconscious level is sufficient.

If the need to reach for something happens because life throws you a curve ball, and you don’t investigate why the reaching arose, you’ll probably use an unconscious level distraction and succumb to it. By doing this you’ll never be free because you’ll never get in touch with why the unconscious level viewer is in place. Investigating why you’re an unconscious level viewer is the most important thing you can do for yourself when some behavior is done that’s not in your best interest. If you don’t, you will just substitute one thing for another and in the process remain trapped to what’s causing the need to reach. You may not like this post and you may even ignore it, but don’t be surprised when the next life curve ball comes and you find yourself reaching for something from the unconscious level, you just won’t know why because you’re only seeing it as an unconscious level viewer…

Inward Dimension

Truth arises when a person has an inward dimension; all sorts of things happen when there’s an inward dimension. When there’s only an outward dimension, it’s because the mind is agitated and creates a lie to sidestep the inward dimension…

It’s unfortunate, but most people live a life consumed by lies more than truth. They believe they’re living by truth, but if further investigated this fallacy can be seen. From an outside dimension the lies seem like truth, this is what keeps a person locked in an outward dimension, but this is only because the Conditioned Mind makes this up. An inward dimension makes you look at yourself; all sorts of things arise when this happens. Without this understanding an inward dimension will be avoided as if it was a plague. Becoming inwardly aware of the lies so truth can be revealed is essential in understanding yourself. Sit with the expectation that you will sit in stillness and watch how little stillness there is. Just sit and be with the awareness of whatever’s there, that’s where truth is. When the mind isn’t looking for anything, truth arises.

Lack of an inward dimension causes the mind to create lies. Awareness of an inward dimension is when the mind settles. This doesn’t mean you don’t make changes, but when changes aren’t needed that’s when they happen. This is why I don’t share about positive versus negative, because if it’s negative and you want something positive, it’s no different than if you’re positive and you don’t want anything negative. An agitated mind is a mind lacking awareness of an inward dimension and wants things to be a certain way whether it’s positive or negative. The lack of awareness is the lie. Truth arises when nothing needs to be different. Your mind will settle when there’s an inward dimension of life as it is, this is when all lack disappears…

The Arising Moment

Life is constant motion, it never stops. If the arising moment is noticed it will allow much more understanding of your life than if you’re blindly controlled by habitual mind patterns…

If the arising moment isn’t seen, that’s when the habitual conditioned mind patterns take over; it’s just the process in place. You can be in a state where you‘re happy and out of nowhere arises something that triggers one of your habitual mind patterns. Depending on what it is based in will determine if you are still happy after it’s attached to. This is how it works, we’re pulled around by patterns and the arising moment is unnoticed so it’s controlling energy attaches to what pattern is associated with the moment. This is where everything arises from, feelings, emotions, sensations, and whatnot, hence the puppet on a string syndrome takes hold if the arising moment isn’t noticed. Think about this, you can’t have any feeling or emotional swing without attachment to the moment. Most people don’t really have an understanding of this and because of this very few truly live life. I don’t say this in jest, I’m no different although I probably notice this a little more nowadays.

Here’s something to do to possibly understand the arising moment a little better. Make a commitment to sit for a certain time, say thirty seconds, keep it real. In those thirty second just watch moments arise; a thought arising and just notice it arising. Just sitting, looking, acknowledging, noticing, letting it arise and pass; all of this is just the particular arising moment. This should help in getting a better grasp of the arising moment. Increasing or decreasing the committed sitting time is up to the individual or don’t sit at all and remain a slave to the arising moment as it arises and habitually controls your life. It’s each arising moment that makes life what it is, if this goes unnoticed so will most of your life…

Childlike Innocence

There’s existence through made up stories or there’s the bigger picture beyond the stories where one is guided by childlike innocence…

When the mind is settled existence becomes anchored in childlike innocence instead of reliance on limited stories. There’s a deep childlike innocence of the settled mind, it’s in this settling that you see existence through the heart of childlike innocence. When one is in this childlike innocence mind state, the everlasting love of the Universe is there to quiet the mind agitations which are the cause of all doubt and distrust.

A mind that’s settled allows for one to live from childlike innocence. This connects one with the goodness of life, your own internal goodness, and the goodness of all beings. The connection is already there, it’s just not known what it will take to be aware of it. The only reason there isn’t awareness is because of the Conditioned Mind agitations blocking the innocence that arises from the quietness of being childlike; these blocks allow for all kinds of made up stories.

When you learn to discipline an undisciplined mind, your mind agitations slowly subside; what naturally remains is a deep unwavering childlike innocence. This is what’s there beyond the noise of a Conditioned Mind, beyond your made up stories. In this space there’s an innocence because with a settled mind it’s known who you truly are. So trust in the childlike innocence and allow the mind to settle so you’re not relying on your own made up stories. When there’s childlike innocence, life is lived in the most beneficial ways; as the beautiful childlike being that you truly are…

A Higher Vibration

A higher vibration is always waiting to be aligned with it. When it’s understood this vibration is the stillness beneath all your stories, you can stop and align with it and thus align with life itself…

We’re not always aligned with the higher vibration the Universe provides for us; this is our misfortune. It’s not that we can’t be aligned with it, but we have to do the things that allow it to be aligned with. Our alignment is in relation to how much we hold onto a self that tries to control life. This control is thought based. Although certain aspects of life need to be controlled, it’s the parts that are beyond our control which we insist on controlling; this blocks out awareness of a higher vibration.

There’s a part of us that’s the self who is controlled by the senses. This is the human aspect (thought based) of who we are. There’s a self that‘s beyond the senses, that’s beyond anything physical, beyond any thought process, this is the self of a vibration. This self can’t be conceptualized, it’s as vibration beyond form; this is energy in its purest state. It’s only our thought process that needs to make things solid so it can have something to grasp and make sense of, this is the energy of what a thought is. Beyond thought is pure Universal Energy, it’s who we are before our existence in this form begins and when conditions no longer allow this form to exist and it ends.

Thoughts are a vibration, but isn’t pure because there’s attachment added to it, it’s based in the senses. To go beyond these sense thoughts, you must go beyond their attachment. This will be when you’re in alignment with a higher vibration. It can be called many things, but words are not needed to understand this. Actually words will hamper the availability to this higher vibration because words themselves are a form of thought. When you learn to just be and not attach to anything to make up the story of who you are (a thought) that’s when you’ll understand who you truly are; thoughtless, formless, pure, this is the state that leads to a higher vibration…
