Only the lunacy of the Conditioned Mind really cares about winning and losing and it’s because when it applies one of those labels there’s attachment to the emotional energy of like or dislike…
The lunacy of the Conditioned Mind is in full swing for the 2020 presidential election in the USA. The smugness of who’s in office, the bitterness of the wanna be president and why this is lunacy is because it’s all created from within each individual and it keeps us all divided. We think our division is with others, but it’s only with ourselves that we’re divided. In truth there is no such thing as a winner or loser there’s only the applied label that makes this so. One person will get more electoral votes than the other so they get the position that will be up for grabs in November. The labels that one applies to the circumstances in all of life is what causes all lunacy because it makes one attach to the situations, and since attachment is the root of all suffering even if the one you labeled as your candidate was elected it will still cause suffering. Suffering is the natural energy of attachment; winning causes suffering as does losing.
This lunacy goes on all the time not just at election time. The presidential election just makes the attachment deeper because the ingrained campaigning has been going on for a long period of time. This is why issues within families often arise because the attachment has been in place for a very long time. There’s very little attachment with a stranger so there’s very little issue with them and this is because there’s very little time spent with them. Awareness is a very valuable tool to use in understanding the lunacy of the Conditioned Mind. Without awareness the conditioning remains as the reason why after the election people are going to hold onto not getting their way energy. It doesn’t matter who wins except to those who attach to the candidate of their choosing and it’s only the Conditioned Mind that really cares because it applies the label of winner or loser as it attaches to the emotional energy of like or dislike…
The more we grasp for answers outside ourselves the more in the grasp of fear we are. When we look outside, its only because we are fearful of what we might find inside.

Restricted Thinking
The Universe provides unlimited resources, the mind is what constantly thinks which restricts and limits the view of life. These limits are put in place by thinking what you think about is so important…
To truly live one must learn to live truly and this will require an entirely different way to view life. For the current view to become different so you’re in harmony with life, the heart must open to a view that touches the unlimited resources of the Universe. This means you will have to let go of the small minded limited self who thinks and thinks and thinks and holds on to thinking as the foundation of life. If you must think, think about this, where do all the issues you have with life formulate from and does your thinking about them constantly really solve anything? If it does than by all means go ahead and think, just don’t waste you time thinking about things that don’t solve anything.

You justify what you’re thinking about, but if it doesn’t solve anything, you just become more entrapped to your subconscious false “I”. Human behavior hasn’t changed much though the years; it may have even gotten more conditioned. Stable Growth
Accepting the way things are goes a long way in providing yourself and humanity with the stable growth of not needing to reach for a pacifier in whatever form it takes on…
Seeking self satisfaction is the sign of a baby. It’s the I want, what I want, when I want it mind. Self seeking is directly linked to one’s level of growth and if you don’t think this is so, there’s no difference in what you use now as opposed to the pacifier or bottle that was used as an infant. Only the object changed, the same reaching is in effect. Stop and see the baby in place who doesn’t like what’s being written here. So your feelings may be hurt, who cares if this article allows you to see the truth needed to grow. And how you will know growth is happening is by how you don’t need to reach for a pacifier to comfort you. This reaching takes on many many forms and unless the mind is very settled the reaching will remain.

Labeled Separation
In the space of stillness there's no attachment to an identity that needs to make existence about something in particular. It is in this space where one truly loves simply because it’s the only thing there...
Here's something to ponder: existence is centered around a label that is strictly used to identify and separate us from each other. We are named for this purpose and what happens is the attachment to a name becomes who and what we think we are. The more this identity is attached to the more it creates separation from others. What this identity does is it limits one from knowing the true essence of existence. When there’s seeing beyond the limited attachment to this identity, there’s understanding existence at such a deeper level; when this happens there’s no separation from others, there‘s only unity. When I see you I see me, but I don't really see a you and a me because that would separate us.
One can never be truly separated from another because all existence is from the same energy. Everything is created from love for the purpose to love for the betterment of the Universe; not by doing, but by Being. When your name just because that is a label used by society for order, there doesn’t have to be attachment to it making it who and what you are. When this is done you will know intuitively the essence of stillness which allows for a quietness to just be without the need of making life about anything. It’s in this space of stillness that you will truly love because it’s the only thing that's there...
What Is Energy
What is energy is naturally free flowing because there's no resistance, there's no trying to make it different than what it is. Future energy stops the flow because it's based in trying to manipulate what is...
Being aware of what is at the precise moment it happens minimizes the future stories that are needed to make life the way you think it should be. Awareness stops the future story of the way you think something should be and allows the freedom of the way it is, this becomes the beautiful view of the way it should be. After all wanting what is different is where all future discontentment arises from. When one is simply aware of what is as it arises there isn't a need for a future story and selfish energy doesn't come into play as the love of your heart naturally becomes the beautiful operating energy of life.
Future energy becomes a created prison because it doesn’t allow for a natural flow of life's energy; you become entombed in the energy of the future. It's the Conditioned Mind that cuts off the energy flow of what is as it becomes the energy of the lower nature of self centered nonsense. Why this future energy causes issue is because it bombards what is with an unnatural energy flow and doesn't allow harmony. What is natural free flows because there's no resistance, there's no trying to make it different than what's there. Future energy stops the flow because it's based in trying to manipulate what is so what's there is resisted to the point where the natural flow of what is energy is cut off. The only thing needed for liberation is awareness aware of awareness, there's no future energy here, there's just the energy of what actually is...

Outer Perspective
If you have some awareness of inner stillness, the outer perspective will have less control as your mind agitations subside. Without these agitations there will be less of a need to reach out there…
If you’re always seeing life from the outer perspective of what the eyes see, what’s seen will be judged accordingly as what’s going on out there will form judgments and inner peace will not be noticed. Although with an outer mind perspective life still goes on, it’s very limited almost to the point of being purely superficial; I say this because it’s how I lived for forty nine years and it caused my life to be a constant struggle. The constant struggle was self created and controlled by the outer perspective, although this wasn’t understood at the time. An outer perspective life is one where there is constant reaching and the reaching is caused by the out there mind agitations which aren’t seen.
This is why someone will reach for anything without giving it much thought regardless if it’s beneficial or not; in that moment the Conditioned Mind deems it beneficial, but this is a big fat lie.

You will have to be able to just be for the chatter to subside; you will not see the essence of the forest from the trees if the mind is focused on the trees. Change is Inevitable
Surface change is a society measurement and it’s mostly a facade, inner change is a transformation and can’t be measured; it provides growth and growth provides freedom…
Although change is mostly resisted, the reason why is because it’s not understood it’s inevitable and needed. If you like ice cream you wouldn’t want to eat it every single day at every meal. Change is inevitable, but the resistance to it doesn’t have to be; make this the day that change doesn’t hold you back. See it as an opening to get you from the complacency of what’s familiar. Let’s face it nobody really changes unless they’re forced to. The mind loves the familiar, even if the familiar isn’t beneficial to one’s life. I see it all the time in the responses to my articles. All my articles do is provide another way to look at things, but many times they’re discounted for what a person already has in place. I lived a conditioned existence for many years so I know what I’m talking about. Not many people truly understand the Conditioned Mind so when something new is presented, the resistance to it rears its ugly head and as it’s discounted you remain locked in the conditioning.

Conditioned Behavior
Seeing unloving conditioned behavior for what it is doesn’t mean the unloving behavior is approved of, it just allows for the understanding that a person can only react as the conditioning in place dictates…
A key to one’s peace of mind is to not judge the conditioned behavior of not only individuals, but also of yourself. If there is to ever be peace there can’t be judgement of how someone behaves; this instantly causes conflict because it puts up a barrier between the judged and the one who’s judging. Judging emanates an energy that causes conflict; without judging energy one is in unity with themselves and others. I know this isn’t easy to accept, but one can only do what the conditioning tells them to do and although the consequences of the behavior is drastically different for everyone, judging anyone causes conflict from oneself and thus from all humanity; being non judgmental unites, judging separates.

Focusing Inward
A peaceful life begins and ends by mindfully focusing inward. You can be mindful you’re thinking about what others do, but the only place you’ll ever be free is when you’re focusing inward…
When a practice of mindfulness is in place, it’s to allow the present moment to be experienced, this is the place of focusing inward. Being mindful of what’s actually happening as opposed to being pulled around by it determines the amount of peace there is in your life by focusing inward. Life is magical in its essence, but there’s nothing magical in focusing inward. All roads that lead to a peaceful life begin and end in the present moment and a mindfulness practice will assist in keeping you focusing inward.
Watch a thought and be mindful of it, now watch another, this is also a tool as is the breath to be used to keep you focusing inward. You can not be mindful by pointing the finger at someone else in the past or future. You can be mindful that you’re thinking about someone else in the past or future, but you can never actually be there. Every watched thought or breath can only be taken as it is happening. The more mindfulness there is of this, the more focused one becomes in the body and being in the present moment (focused inward) as opposed to grasping for the story of someone else. Be mindful of this article only pertaining to you and then focus on what arises; just be with it by being mindful of what’s happening. Embracing Life
In life there are choices in every moment that puts your life in your hands. It has nothing to do with your circumstances, but if you don’t have awareness of this you will continue to push life away as situations arise…
Embracing what occurs in the moment is living life as it unfolds without excluding any part of it. It’s easy to push away what’s not liked, but to include everything even though it may not be beneficial or liked is truly living. If you want to exclude something find out what it is and why it’s being pushed away. Obviously on the surface it would seem as though it’s just not liked, but if it’s what’s happening what good does pushing it away do This becomes a defense mechanism that keeps you from truly living life. If you only enjoy life when things happening are liked there will be much suffering because of how life fluctuates. If you plan a trip to a beach resort and you expected it to be sunny, but it’s rainy, therein lies your suffering; if it’s sunny everything is great. This is but one example I’m sure you have your own.
Why this situation would causes suffering is because what’s there is being pushed away, maybe not consciously, but if it’s not liked it causes a mind agitation. The thing about this is the circumstances are totally out of your control, there’s nothing you can do to change the weather. You could try a Sun Dance, but I doubt that will work so you will either be with life as it is or you will continue to push it away by wanting it different. These are your choices in every moment that and it puts your life in your hands. It has nothing to do with anyone else or your circumstances, but if you don’t have awareness of this you will continue to push life away as situations arise, until one day there will be nothing to push away because life in this form will be no more…

Repeated Reactions
Because of the Conditioned Mind the same non-beneficial behavior is repeated over and over as the same triggers are reacted to out of the habit of what’s familiar; this is done without even realizing it…
There are many reason why it’s so difficult to stop sheep walking, but to me the one that sticks out the most is how the Conditioned Mind holds onto what’s familiar even as it causes extreme suffering. When I was twenty five my oldest brother passed away from an addiction related incident, this forced me to look at my own alcohol and drug use. His death opened my eyes somewhat, but even though my life was a mess it didn’t mean I was willing go into the unfamiliar without my conditioned pacifiers to cope with life; this was with full knowledge that alcohol and drugs were killing me. Even though I was venturing into unfamiliar territory after two years I finally had enough, I figured anything was better than the way I was living.
The reason it took two years to stop sheep walking was because although I was suffering extreme emotional pain, my conditioning led me to believe facing the unknown was much more scarier so the familiar was the way to go; the lies of the Conditioned Mind run deep. This is why the same non beneficial is repeated over and over and it’s also why we constantly react to the same triggers; we react out of habit without even realizing it. The conditioning in place dictates what to do and it’s obeyed without question. Here’s the real irony in this, people actually believe they have free will and they have a choice, but the reality is the only thing you can do is obey what’s familiar because that’s the conditioning in place. Once there’s awareness of this, succumbing to the familiar can be stopped and the choice to live life happy, joyous, and free becomes a possibility along with the free will to possibly not give in to the sheep walking Conditioned Mind…

An I Persona
Emotions can’t rule you if an I persona isn’t created. An I persona is the conceptual operating system behind your emotions, when it isn’t reacting to outside circumstances there is peace…
Emotions are something most people don’t really think about much. The experts with their degrees will say they’re needed and many go along with this without investigating if it’s true, but I say the hell with the experts and their degrees because if I followed the nonsense from the experts, I would be dead. The turning point in learning about emotions was seeing how although they may manifest in different ways, they all arise from the core of an I persona. What was revealed to me is there’s a created I persona that gets tied into our emotions in many ways. The concept of this I persona is the operating system behind our emotions. These emotions are tied into how we see ourselves, for instance guilt arises when we do something we consider bad or wrong. Anger arises when the I persona is hurt in some way. Fear arises when it is threatened. Sadness arises when there’s disappointment. All these emotions arise because of very different circumstances, this is as far as most people get when it comes to understanding emotions.
The way I investigated emotions is not in how they were different, but what they all have in common; this was where my focus centered. What this led me to see was there’s one common source of every emotion and that source is the created I persona; emotions can’t rule you if an I persona isn’t created. Investigate this to see if it’s true or not, don’t listen to anyone and their view. I said earlier that my emotions would have killed me because I had a tendency when reacting emotionally to use things that were self destructive. It’s not this way today because I’ve learned somewhat (nobody’s perfect) not to attach to an I persona that gives emotions life. When there’s not this I persona reacting to the outside circumstances of life, there’s much more equanimity to remain at peace and not react destructively…
Emotions are something most people don’t really think about much. The experts with their degrees will say they’re needed and many go along with this without investigating if it’s true, but I say the hell with the experts and their degrees because if I followed the nonsense from the experts, I would be dead. The turning point in learning about emotions was seeing how although they may manifest in different ways, they all arise from the core of an I persona. What was revealed to me is there’s a created I persona that gets tied into our emotions in many ways. The concept of this I persona is the operating system behind our emotions. These emotions are tied into how we see ourselves, for instance guilt arises when we do something we consider bad or wrong. Anger arises when the I persona is hurt in some way. Fear arises when it is threatened. Sadness arises when there’s disappointment. All these emotions arise because of very different circumstances, this is as far as most people get when it comes to understanding emotions.
The way I investigated emotions is not in how they were different, but what they all have in common; this was where my focus centered. What this led me to see was there’s one common source of every emotion and that source is the created I persona; emotions can’t rule you if an I persona isn’t created. Investigate this to see if it’s true or not, don’t listen to anyone and their view. Unconscious Mind Limits
If you’re not conscious of how your mind is shaped, there are plenty of society influences and people that will shape it for you. Whatever is thought about and attached to becomes the shape of your mind…
The mind is more like fluid than something solid like concrete or wood, but what happens is sometimes the fluid get hard and becomes solid. Also fluid will take the shape of whatever container it is in and that’s exactly what happens to an unconscious mind, in this case the shape becomes whatever is attached to. The key when it comes to the mind is to make sure it’s in a container that takes on the shape of love. Fluids are influenced by many things and so is the mind influenced by many things. When one is conscious of this the mind is somewhat less influenced, but it’s totally influenced when one is unconscious of this. The unconscious mind will say jump and one will jump and depending on the conditioning, one may even ask how high. If you’re not conscious of how your mind is shaped there are plenty of society influences and people that will shape it for you do whatever is unconsciously thought about and attached to becomes the shape of your mind.
Look at the upcoming election here in the USA, see how one individual (container) has influenced so many unconscious minds and whether you are for or against him, it has been allowed to let him influence the shape of your mind. Delusional Puzzle
Because of the way we become delusionally conditioned, we see life as if there are puzzle pieces that need to fit into certain spots, and because of this we are constantly working on completing the puzzle…
The issue with having to constantly arrange life as if it were a puzzle is it’s delusional, even if you make up a story the puzzle is complete, the mind begins a new delusional puzzle almost immediately. Life is continuous, it’s broken up into segments (delusional puzzle pieces) by a mind that’s in a constant state of agitation. If this wasn’t true the puzzle (life) would be seen as complete and life wouldn’t constantly need to be arranged to your liking. It isn’t because of anything right or wrong that makes what is seen this way, it’s because the mind has been delusionally trained to do instead of be so it’s only doing what it’s trained to do.
The Conditioned Mind sees delusional puzzles all over the place. The shortest line in the supermarket, traffic, diets, to do list, politics, and so on, all this is strictly seen to put another piece of the delusion in place; which one thinks will make life perfect. Let’s say everyday is a new puzzle, that would mean I completed roughly 22,630 delusional puzzles during my life and all for the purpose to constantly have life the way I thought it should’ve been. After all nobody purposely gets in the longest line at Target, but if you did nothing would really change except for maybe not having to constantly arrange life to complete your delusional puzzle…

Distracted Distractions
Contentment can only be had in the present moment and it will only occur when you’re not distracted by the distractions that keep you from the awareness of what’s occurring right now…
The reason why it’s so difficult to experience lasting contentment is because of all the distractions that keep you from the present moment: this is reinforced daily. Most distractions are used mainly for the fulfillment of some form of pleasure, but others are also used for a variety of reasons. What they all have in common is they keep you from the awareness of the present moment. These distractions range from, politics, food, social media, music, sex, the spiritual path, and many other things. There’s nothing inherently wrong with any of these, but when they’re used as distractions they become a hinderance to living life in the most beneficial of ways. I know we all get caught up in many of these distractions especially politics, but regardless of what the distraction is, the core and why it arises is the same; the mind has no idea how to be present.
These distractions become a hinderance to your well being because it keeps you locked in the distractions grip and if you’re living in the distraction you’re living in the delusion of the Conditioned Mind; it’s delusional because it’s not what’s occurring right now. Constant Doing Mind
A mind that needs to constantly do something is a mind that has premeditated ideas based on a sense of self and because of this there’s no space to see what’s truly going on…
As long as the mind needs to do something, it can’t be at peace; at the core of this is the sense of self. The sense of self may be the hardest concept to let go of because it’s interwoven with just about every thought. It has also been in place since your existence began, but it’s not the sense of sense that’s controlling, it’s the attachment to it. I have a sense of self, how can I not there’s existence, but the attachment to it has lessened significantly in the last twelve years. This has opened enough space to allow what’s in place today, this is not to say I don’t sometimes attach to the sense of self, but never like the first forty nine years of my life.
What most people who question what I write about don’t realize is I understand how my mind works because I’ve sat and investigated why I reacted and did the thing that I did. Very few truly investigate their Conditioned Mind and this leads to it being in control. This doesn’t make me better or smarter than anyone knowing this, but by having an understanding of the lies that I lived by for so many years, this does allow me to not attach to them. I would have to say therein lies the difference between being attached to the sense of self or being free of it. This also creates the difference between being limited by a doing sense of self and not being limited by attachment…

Imbalanced Conditioning
The Conditioned Mind is imbalanced and has nothing solid to base itself in so there’s very little peace in a life based in a mind thats energy constantly needs things a certain way…
The secret to a peaceful life lies is not needing things to be a certain way. Imbalance is directly linked to needing things to be a certain way and this is true regardless of what it is. It may not be seen as exactly needing something a certain way, but when a label of right or wrong is applied this is needing things a certain way. If someone says or writes something or if a circumstance arises and you apply a wrong label to it, you just created an imbalance within yourself. What was said, written or what happened didn’t do it, the applied label did. It’s the same when you apply the label of right to something, this is because you are allowing something from the outside to control you. The mind is very imbalanced and has nothing solid to base itself in so there’s never peace in a life that’s based in this type of mind because its energy is constantly needing things to be a certain way.
A needing things a certain way mind is very erratic, it’s energy is all over the place and it’s the reason there’s very little peace in the world. Always needing things to be a certain way keeps your individual energy from being of peace which emanates as the energy you put out. Multiple this by the billions of people on the planet and thus you have the world as it is. Thinking Addiction
Notice how much you think about yourself and you may settle in a place where your emotions aren’t in control, you may also come to realize life really isn’t about you, you just think it is…
As long as you’re alive life will happen, actually life happens even if you’re not alive you’re just not aware of it. Life isn’t really about what happens as much as it’s about how much one relates their thinking about what happens. This is where the conditioning steps in and determines what happens next. It can be of love, it can be of hate, but for most it teeters between the two to a large degree. Very few go to the extreme of either one of these emotions so the results for most humans are balanced. When these emotions do hit an extreme level the results are very noticeable and this is all contingent how much one is conditioned to think about themselves, this thinking is what manifest as emotions. If you had love as the main influence in your life, obviously you will love more than a person who had hate as their influence. This all arises from within so if you truly notice the base of your actions you may be able to alter those actions. Not by relying on divine intervention which will probably not occur, but by sitting and allowing the mind to settle so this is noticed.
The true addiction of humanity is thinking and when you are the main subject of that thinking, it makes your existence very irrational; I know this from my own experience. Multiply this by billions of people and hence you have the world we live in; billions of people constantly thinking about themselves strictly to satisfy their own agenda. There’s no one to blame for this because it arises from the conditioning within of each person. From the mass murderer to the person who is a people pleaser, it’s the thinking mind that causes extreme emotions and everything else in between. So sit often with the intention of developing the ability to notice how much you think about yourself and you just may settle in a place where your emotions aren’t in control and maybe you’ll come to realize life isn’t really about you, you just think it is…

Life's One Rule
To live life to the fullest one must put themselves in alignment with love. This is humanity’s dilemma because through the Conditioned Mind most people are aligned to self serve…
To me there’s only one rule in life that allows one to live life to the fullest and this rule is, you must do the things that puts you in alignment with love. If this rule isn’t followed it will be difficult to live a fulfilling life and by fulfilling I mean being an instrument of love. This isn’t done by doing certain things, it‘s actually done by not doing certain things which in turn allows for this to occur; this means you can’t love anymore than what’s in your heart. Doing endless goods deeds will not add one iota of love to your heart unless the good deeds are done from the base of the love in your heart; a heart that’s opened allows your love to grow. This is not the conventional way of approaching life, but it is the way I have found that works the best for putting me in alignment with love.
The major issue with this is through the Conditioned Mind most have learned to do things to self serve. When we do this we have no time to think of others because we are too busy thinking about ourselves. Most of life is unconsciously spent thinking of and finding way to satisfy ourself. Even if you’re on a journey to help others, there has to be an awareness of the attachment that the self serving mind conjures up to make it about satisfying your self. There’s a very fine line between the self serving mind and the love serving mind, but with practice you can see the difference and stop the one that doesn’t really benefit your life or the life of others. If all you’re thinking about is doing things that are strictly a benefit to yourself there won’t be any room to think about being a benefit to others and if this is the rule that you‘re living by, you will not be doing the things necessary to put you in alignment with love and life will not be lived to the fullest or be as fulfilling as it could and should be…

Beneficial Understanding
If you don’t do the things in your life that are beneficial to it, it should at least be understood why this so; knowing your own mind is a must if you’re to know what is truly beneficial…
Just observe how the mind settles for all that it does. It has never been trained to be still so it creates things just so it has something to do. It says to do something and then turns around and questions why it was done. It should be treated like it’s an enemy because upon further examination you will find that it is, but it’s not the mind that is the enemy, it’s the conditioning, that is the true enemy.
Needing to constantly do something isn’t the true nature of the mind, it’s only conditioned to be this way and it’s we ourselves consciously or unconsciously who put these habitual mind patterns in place. So learning about your own mind is a way to a freedom to undo what we ourselves have done. This investigating of your mind is not about learning the great secrets of the Universe, it’s more so about getting an understanding of why the things that you do aren’t truly beneficial in the way you live your life. Quality Energy
Energy is always in constant motion, it’s not created or destroyed, it only has transforming qualities so your direction of energy determines the quality of your actions…
While at the beach sitting on a jetty constructed of rocks, just watching the waves, it was noticed the different qualities of the waves. Some were big, some fizzled out before making it to the shoreline, but the one constant, they were continuous one right after another. There wasn’t much space between waves, but at times there seemed to be more than others. They arose from their source of energy (the ocean) and once they hit the shoreline they returned to this source; this is the never ending cycle of energy.
What arose while sitting there was how the waves can be compared to thoughts. The energy of thoughts arise from their source (the mind) and when they’re done the energy returns to their source. Some thoughts have more energy than others. Some fizzle out before being attached to. There isn’t much space between our thoughts, but at times there seems to be more than others. The other thing waves and thoughts have in common is they’re both in constant motion which is their normal state. There are times when storms arise for both, this produces much turbulence, but there are also times where there is calm, which makes everything peaceful. Thoughts as it is with waves come from their source of energy which is what provides their constant motion.
To be at peace is to accept this constant motion to the extent that it’s seen for what it is, energy. When the waves are peaceful it’s because it’s source (the ocean) makes it so and its the same way with our thoughts, when there’s calm it’s source (the mind) makes it so. What brings both in unity is the ocean and the mind have a common source of energy (the Universe or whatever one wants to call it). It’s the source of energy of everything that ever was or will be, and even when this source is known there will still be constant motion because energy is never created or destroyed, it’s only transformed. Thought Prison
If your existence is stuck in being thought based you’ll be imprisoned in a thought based world. This is a captive state that only going beyond your thoughts will release you from…
It’s impossible to have a problem that isn’t created by your own mind. This doesn’t mean unpleasant things don’t occur, it just means that regardless of what happens it your mind that makes it a problem; it comes from within yourself. If all there is is thought then all there will be is thought and this will not allow the ability to watch the drama of your mind unfold. And if this drama isn’t seen your mind will never slow down and there won’t be any space created between your thoughts. Life will be thought based (unconsciousness) and the result of this will make it seem as a struggle. When life slows down and you can see how it’s the Conditioned Mind that takes everything that happens and puts it in category of being a problem or being a pleasure, it is then that you will break free of the hold your mind has over you and you will be able to see that you are not the mind. You are beyond the thought based mind (consciousness).
Unless you allow your mind to control you nothing that happens is really a problem. It’s just something from within you that makes the problem seem real, but it isn’t, it is from the delusional Conditioned Mind and this will need to be understood so you can watch how your mind creates all your problems so you can go beyond mind and stop it from happening. This doesn’t mean unpleasant things won’t happen, on the contrary life will still happen, you just won’t allow yourself to have a problem with it. When this occurs and you have no created problems with life, the next step in our process of going beyond the prison of thought will be realized…
It’s impossible to have a problem that isn’t created by your own mind. This doesn’t mean unpleasant things don’t occur, it just means that regardless of what happens it your mind that makes it a problem; it comes from within yourself. If all there is is thought then all there will be is thought and this will not allow the ability to watch the drama of your mind unfold. And if this drama isn’t seen your mind will never slow down and there won’t be any space created between your thoughts. Life will be thought based (unconsciousness) and the result of this will make it seem as a struggle. Trusting Lies
There are many lies that are trusted which keep you trapped to the lies and if these trusted lies aren’t exposed at least to where this is realized, your life will mostly be lived as a lie…
Trusting your lies is what gets you in trouble. Thinking the grass is greener on the other side is one of these lies and until it’s seen that grass also has to be mowed you will continues to trust the lies. If you trust when a certain thing happens you’ll be set, you’ll be sadly mistaken even if those things come to pass. This is very hard to see and as one clings to the trust of needing life to be a certain way, the lies are reinforced. Case in point would be something as simple and seemingly innocent as playing the lottery. Here’s how this trust works. There’s the lie that makes you trust if life is a certain way you will have it made; it’s the answer to your so called prayers. So you buy a lottery ticket just because the jackpot is a hundred million dollars. This seems innocent, but make no mistake it isn’t.
There’s nothing wrong with money in and of itself, but whatever the trust is put in that makes a person think life would be better if this or that happened, it puts you in the chains to “I”. Granted a hundred million dollars would make life different, but different doesn’t mean it will necessarily be better. The moment one trust better, it means the present moment is wanted different. A Wider View
When you can truly be present for change all resistance to it falls away because it’s understood change provides a wider view which doesn’t bog you down and allows freedom…
Although change is mostly resisted, the reason why is because it’s not understood what it provides. If you like candy you wouldn’t want to eat it every single day at every meal. Change is inevitable, but the resistance to it isn’t; make this the day change doesn’t hold you back. See it as the doorway to get you unstuck from the complacency of what’s familiar. Let’s face it nobody really changes unless they’re forced to. The Conditioned Mind loves the familiar, even if the familiar isn’t beneficial to one’s life. I see it all the time in the responses to my articles. All my articles do is provide another way to look at things, but many times they’re resisted for what a person has in place. I lived a conditioned existence for many years so I know what I’m talking about. Not many people truly understand the Conditioned Mind so when something new is presented resistance to it rears its ugly head and one remains locked in their conditioning.

Me Me Me Mind
Until the veil of ignorance is removed, the ” me me me mind” will be in control. This isn’t in place as something that’s wrong, but it does block one’s true essence from arising and because of this life is limited…
It’s often said one should practice being in the present moment, but in reality this is impossible because the present moment instantly becomes the past. Even before you can finish saying I’m in the present moment, it’s already in the past. Watching the unfolding of time as each moment occurs is key if one is to not get caught up in the “me me me mind” which is a mind that’s constantly in the past or future. This “me me me mind” is the state that most of humanity is stuck in. It’s the energy that mostly emitted out, this is one of the reasons it’s so difficult to go beyond it. People see things through this mind and because of ignorance are blocked from realizing this. Until this veil of ignorance is removed the “me me me mind” remains in control. The “me me me mind” isn’t in place as something that’s wrong, but it does block one’s true essence from arising and thus it blocks one from reaching their full potential to love.
The unfolding of time is something one needs to become more aware of if the “me me mind” is to slow down. This slowing down can occur if there’s something in place to allow it although this won’t just happen on its own, but there’s also nothing one can do to make it happen so it would seem as though you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. This is all part of the “me me me mind” it’s in place to make life selfishly chaotic, hence the name. One thing I’ve noticed that allows for the “me me me mind” to be slow somewhat is to be aware of it in relation to time. Time is one of the “me me me mind” key elements so instead of using time in the conventional way, just watch how each moment unfolds. This unfolding is constant and when it’s seen the mind naturally slows. This is because time is no longer being used as the selfish key that makes everything about me me me…

The Society Box
What is considered the society box entraps most people to the idea of what others think the box is. Unless this is seen so you can get out of the box, there will be blind acceptance of someone else’s idea of the box…
Stepping outside the society box as far as thinking goes is a must if one is to go beyond the trap of what’s considered the box. You may ask why would a person want to go beyond what society considers the box and here’s why, the so called box is based in form and to be attached to form causes suffering. It’s as simple as that, with the box there’s attachment to the senses (form) and although life will still occur it just won’t be experienced fully. There will still be experiences, how can there not be, but they will be dictated by form and there’ll be much nonsense associated with them. The society box is a trap of what others think is considered normal and unless one can see this to go beyond it, there will be acceptance of someone else’s idea as your own. It’s an easy trap to get snared in because the bait is so enticing.
This plays right into the reward system that is also a box; not many do anything that doesn’t have the reward of pleasure associated with it. This can be applied to just about anything. When was the last time something was purposely done that you knew was going to be unpleasant with no reward attached to it? This is pivotal in understanding the process of the Conditioned Mind and until you can just be with whatever arises without judging it or associating it with the pleasure, the society box syndrome will be what dictates the life you’re living and it will probably be someone else’s idea of what is considered the right or wrong way to live…

Applied Labels
When existence is based on the labels that we ourselves or society applies, it blocks the ability to reach your creative potential and locks you into the identity of whatever label is applied…
From the time existence in this form begins there are many different labels that one takes on. Some are temporary and some last their entire existence, but regardless of what label is used at any particular time, it’s only a label, it’s never who you truly are. It can and is made into who one thinks they are, but this is one of the greatest delusion in life because it blocks the ability to see things beyond the label.
The first label taken on is of a son or daughter with a name attached. From there the surface existence expands as does the labeling as school is attended and certain traits are developed. There are labels associated with athletic abilities, intelligence or seeming lack of hence the label of the class clown; this labeling continues for the rest of your life. High school, college, occupation, spouse, parent, social status, and on and on, it’s a label that always defines what’s on the surface which blocks our true essence from being known.
Constant labeling caused much difficulty in my life because they were always associated with a role and with this surface role taken on, the ability to ever get in touch with my natural creative energy was virtually impossible. This creative energy is our I Am beneath the surface that allows life to be as it is, not as the label the Conditioned Mind conjures up and makes you think this is who you are. Nothing from the surface will ever allow your creative potential to be reached because from there a label will always be applied, but and this may be the most important but of your life, if for some reason you become aware that these applied labels are nothing but an illusion, it will be at this point the surface labels can be let go of and the true potential of life becomes what’s at your core with no applied label needed…

Sheep Walking
Not justifying everything that’s done creates a crack in the sheep walking armor in place. This crack allows an inkling of awareness which changes the way things are viewed…
When it’s said one is awake, what’s meant by this can be described as being aware of all the different mental factors that arise in each moment. It’s in this awareness that one sees things as they do. It doesn’t prevent what arises or what happens, but it can lessen the reactions and some of the consequences associated with these; that is if there’s awareness and no attachment. Nothing on its own inherently causes problems for anyone. Alcohol has never poured itself down someone’s throat, it has to be reached for. Heroin never caused anyone to abuse it by putting itself in a needle, it’s the individual alone who reaches for it; this goes for anything. Granted most of this reaching is done as sheep walking, but this is what I shed light on. I know a thing or two about this sheep walking reaching because it controlled me for forty nine years.
So many things controlled me and as long as I was unaware of this, the sheep walking control continued. How this sheep walking gets deeply ingrained is by justifying everything that’s done. From pointing out the faults of others, to being nasty to people, and so many other justified behaviors, all this does is keep the sheep walking mindset in place; awareness this is being done is the first step in breaking the chains of sheep walking. Stop looking out there for answers, stop following, blaming and talking about others, in other words stop justifying everything you do as being right and this just may create the slightest of cracks in the sheep walking armor in place; this crack allows a sliver of awareness to change the way you look at things. Genuine Reality of Now
Many remain stuck seeking because the lie of “I” is never understood and life becomes about whatever story “I” makes up as the genuine reality of Now is mostly missed…
The definition of emptiness is a lack of inherent existence. When it comes to the mind this is its nature and the reason I say this is because there is nothing in the mind that is inherently there. In this emptiness arises the conditioned nature of “I” but there is no substance to “I”. It exist strictly from the story that’s created, there’s no inherent existence. There’s the body that exist and all it’s labeled components, but if each component was unlabeled, the body would still exist, just not as an “I” form. Look deep within to see if you can truly find where this “I” is. Form is emptiness and emptiness is form. It doesn’t mean if the form is reduced, it disappears, it means in its reduction is the thing itself; these are opposites sides of the same coin. Everything that makes up our “I” ideas, concepts, memories, feelings, emotions, judgement, likes, dislikes, opinions, experiences, and so on, is attached to as the body, hair, limbs, ideas, and so on, but if you look for “I” behind all this it’s doesn’t inherently exist. This is what stillness is truly all about, stripping away the layers of all the false identification. We identify with all the wrong things and ignore the genuine reality Now.
To me the only reason to look within is to expose this lie of “l” there’s no other reason. Labels Not Needed
Needing to label something doesn’t enhance life because the labeling keeps the mind agitated. It may give an appearance of enhancement, but there’s no real benefit to the energy of labeling…
The energy of always labeling doesn’t allow one to be present for what’s actually happening and it keeps the mind in a constant state of agitation. When I write about this type of energy it’s often misunderstood as I’m saying don’t label anything, but that’s not what I’m saying. Label whatever it is you think you need to, just understand the intention and energy behind it so your labeling isn’t a hinderance to truly experiencing life fully. I watch this very carefully because attaching to this labeling energy keeps one a prisoner to it. A labeled purpose doesn’t enhance life and although it may seem that it does or that people are being helped which they very well may be, there’s no true benefit to the one who’s energy is of a labeled purpose.
I only share this because it has been my direct experience. I know many people are helped by the sharing of my experiences, but it’s not a purpose of mine. What I do is more of a by product of what had been revealed to me and where I’ve been led. It doesn’t mean I can’t put things out there that may help people, I just don’t have to make it into a burden by labeling it my purpose. Not needing to label anything other than what’s in front of me allows for the freedom of not creating a story. To me the most important thing in my life is to be in the moment that’s happening and not add anything to it. If it’s to share, I share. If it’s to sit and use the body than that’s what’s done. In this place of not needing labels I’ve experienced true freedom because it’s the only place where a labeled purpose isn’t needed…
