Answers are only sought when there are obstacles in the way that create questions. If life was lived as it occurred and you didn’t want it in some other way, questions wouldn’t arise.
An obstacle to our own innate goodness is anything that gets in the way to allow it. Instead of looking within we developed the obstacle of looking out there and this is why there is never true satisfaction. If you continue to seek answers outside yourself, you will continue to have obstacles. You’ll never find answers in the obstacles out there so you’ll always be seeking them, but if you begin to look within, answers will be revealed that previously weren’t seen. This is because there’s an entire planet of obstacles that are used to try to find your answers and none of them provide what’s necessary for answers to arise.
Life is simple, but it’s very complex because of all the obstacles; it’s a process and a process is on going. Today’s answer may not be tomorrow’s answer, but as long as you are looking inward yesterday’s obstacle will not be carried over into today. After all that is how life becomes a burden, all of the obscured events that take place aren’t dealt with as they arise so they pile up and you carry them upon your shoulders as a burden. You do this not life and it’s all because of the obstacles to your own innate goodness.
When the obstacle ladened view is changed by looking inward, all kinds of wonderful revelations occur. Life stops being a struggle because although you still don’t have all your answers, its okay because none are needed. This is the answer you have been looking for all along. Leave the obstacles of life to life. Understand your life is the way it is and wanting it in some other way is just a conditioned obstacle. When you live life as it arises, you still may not have all your answers, but it doesn’t matter because you no longer have any obstacles creating questions.
The more we grasp for answers outside ourselves the more in the grasp of fear we are. When we look outside, its only because we are fearful of what we might find inside.

Storied Attachment
When the heart is open and there is no storied attachment to God, beliefs, and concepts, that is when the love in your heart naturally comes pouring out into the world.
My storied beliefs and concepts about life never offered the benefits that quietness offers. Growing up I thought you had to believe in God or you would go to hell, but I have since come to understand hell is the absence of love in my life right now, not when I die; without love as my minds default setting I live in hell. This is not my belief in something, it’s what I have experienced, and there isn't an attached belief or concept which is only a story that will change this. Beliefs and concepts are only stories made up and are actually the cause of most problems because love is blocked out by them. They are the limits that don’t allow life to be what it truly is, not what story it is believed to be.
The things used to create my self-created storied bondage becomes my hell. Being entrapped to storied beliefs is to be held captive and regardless of how free I think I am, I am not. This is why even a belief and concept of God can block the love in my heart. How can this be so if as many say God is love? It’s because if my focus is strictly on the story of the way I think things should be and I don't allow others to believe as they have been conditioned to believe, the love in my heart will not manifest. I may think I know God with all my heart, but it’s just a storied attached belief or concept made up in my mind to justify my existence. Freedom isn't about me being free at the expense of others, it’s allowing others their stories at the expense of their own freedom.
It’s an honor to pass on love to every person who I have interactions with, not in the form of my storied beliefs and concepts, but in the form of an open heart; a heart without attachment. When the heart is open and there is no storied attachment to God, beliefs, and concepts, that is when the love in your heart naturally comes pouring out into the world regardless of what story someone else believes in.

Conditioned Nonsense
You will never see the nonsense generated by the Conditioned Mind until truth is revealed and truth will never be revealed until you realize that it’s the Conditioned Mind that generates all the nonsense.
To be aware of the nonsense created by the Conditioned Mind is to be aware of life itself. It’s the subtleness of our conditioning that blocks out our connection with life. If you are fortunate enough to notice this, you will be astonished by how much nonsense is generated by your own mind. It isn’t sometimes that this nonsense is generated, it’s 99.9% of the time. The other .1% you are sleeping, but even dreams are nonsense lol. This is a problem because it blocks out our ability to live happily, joyous, and free. Once you understand this you will never want to leave because you will see when you leave nonsense follows; this nonsense becomes your created world. Most people live in a world full of nonsense, pretty tough to truthfully look at this, but if you can’t see this truth, you will not be free; this is not my law, it’s a law of life.
There are so many universal truths that we are exposed to and one of them is “Know the truth and it will set you free” it’s imperative to notice all the nonsense that goes on in your head before you will be able to do something about it. Most people won’t go there and that is part of the nonsense; nonsense blocks out truth. It’s only when you notice this that you can be set free. There is no freedom in the nonsense of a Conditioned Mind, there is only nonsense.
This nonsense is generated in the form of our thoughts and because this is unknown it manifest in some form of behavior; if the base of a thought is nonsense, the resulted behavior also has to be of nonsense. Your life can only be of the energy generated, if it’s nonsense than that’s what your life will be. This is not right or wrong, its just what’s there, but it does determine what your life will be like and the energy transmitted to others.
Cultivate nonsense and that is what others will see, but most of them will think it’s the norm because of their own nonsense conditioning. Learn to quiet the mind and see the nonsense for what it truly is and be set free. Living a life based in the nonsense of a Conditioned Mind doesn’t have to be, but neither does living life happily, joyous and free, that will be determined by the conditioned nonsense in place.

Awareness Aware of Itself
No one consciously puts their Conditioned Mind Patterns in place so why take on the burden for them. They can be changed, but that will only occur when there’s awareness aware of itself…
To understand your own mind, is to understand life. It’s so difficult to do because of all the things that are in place to prevent this understanding. This is basically the point of all my post. If all these distractions weren’t in place, to live in the present moment of love would be easy. It would be what’s in place, so it would be the base of our entire life. Every decision made would be of love; if love was in place. Unfortunately for far too many it’s not. It isn’t that we aren’t trying, but to change what is in place is so difficult because of the lack of discipline created by the Conditioned Mind which has been in place for such a long time. Our habitual thinking is deeply embedded in our subconscious. For this to become different by simply falling away it will take an awareness aware of itself.
Understanding this will be the key if changing what’s in place is to occur. This change though is not to be confused with substitution. It’s not about replacing negative with positive, or anything else for that matter. What’s needed is to develop the necessary discipline to see how we became conditioned to begin with. It’s the discipline itself that leads to awareness aware of itself. When discipline is established, slowly what’s in place will fall away. When what’s in place falls away through disciplining the squirrel cage mind, quietness takes over and thus so does a different more loving view of life as awareness simply becomes aware of itself…

Different Silence
The silence of a graveyard is not the same as the silence of a sunrise. To understand this difference is to understand love and to understand love is to understand life…
To understand love it’s imperative to understand how it arises from silence, but it doesn’t arise from the silence of a graveyard, love arise from the silence of a sunrise. The silence of a sunrise is so different than the silence of a graveyard, both are silence, but they’re different because of the place they arise from. This has to be understood if one is to understand love.
When existence began love was present, it had to be because there wasn’t anything else. It is like the Buddha, the Dalai Lama or Jesus, they are the essence of love because it’s present in them. The difference with them unlike most people is they never lost sight of this. There was nothing that had a strong enough pull on them to take away their silence. Their love arose from silence and is a love of all humanity. Most people on the other hand lose sight of their true essence and are led astray by the silence of the graveyard instead of a sunrise.
The silence of the graveyard is not pure silence, it’s a silence arising from attachment. What I mean by this is there is so much attachment to life and death that the energy associated with it becomes stagnated. It will manifest as silence, but it’s so different than the silence of a star filled sky, a growing flower, or a sunrise. It’s very difficult to understand this difference without the silence of love. Life is a process to get back to the silence of love. It’s a place we should have never left, but we were led astray. The Dalai Lama loves because that is what’s in his heart. Jesus loves because that is what’s in his heart, same with Buddha, their love never left their hearts because they never left the silence; that is the only difference in their love and anyone else. Love is love and who is used as an instrument doesn’t really matter as only love itself means anything because in the silence of a sunrise is the love of life…

Be Still...Be Present...Be Free...
Without stillness the Conditioned Mind controls you by using the past and future to dictate how one reacts in the present. This is the base of all conditioning…Be Still…Be Present…Be Free…
Don’t under estimate the power of a Conditioned Mind, it’s as devastating as a nuclear weapon. Oh yeah, it was someone’s mind that created that weapon, that’s how diabolical a Conditioned Mind can be. When our human family began way back when, I’m inclined to think weapons were first created for hunting. As time went on and “I” started to exert itself more and more, that’s when our hunting weapons were probably used against each other.
It began with a stone or a stick then as our Conditioned Mind was further controlled by “I” the weapons became more sophisticated and effective for killing. We developed clubs, swords, bows and arrows, crossbows, then as gunpowder was discovered, it opened the Conditioned Mind to a whole new world of destruction. Guns, catapults, cannons, TNT, hand grenades, and the list goes on and on until we are so entrapped in our conditioning that we now have weapons that can wipeout entire civilizations; behind all this insanity is the Conditioned Mind. The freighting thing about this is some of the most conditioned people in our society are in control of these weapons.
Its a scary world because of the way the Conditioned Mind is allowed to control our decision making process. It makes us think we know what’s best for ourselves and others. The more aware a person becomes of their conditioning, the less control it has over you. Another blessing or possible curse (just kidding) is the awareness of other people’s conditioning. It’s really unbelievable to see how the Conditioned Mind controls the way others conduct themselves. This isn’t a judgment, it’s merely a factual observation. The true benefit to this awareness is by understanding your own Conditioned Mind, it allows you not to get drawn into the conditioning of others. To me I just keep doing whatever is in front of me and continue to not attachment to the way of the world, which unfortunately is based in unconsciousness. Understanding the Conditioned Mind is priceless, being controlled by it is the epitome of suffering. Be Still…Be Present…Be Free…

Eliminating Unnecessary Desire
You think everyone would know the difference between what’s right and wrong, but because of “I” engrained conditioned mind patterns, one doesn’t always do what’s right in the sense of what’s beneficial.
Every time a need to reach for something outside yourself arises, it’s produced because an agitation from your own mind makes you think the need is necessary. It isn’t a true need though, but you don’t know this because this conditioned behavior pattern has been in place for a very long time. Air, water, shelter, rest, food that satisfies hunger, love, are true needs, mostly everything else are just wants and desire, our created delusion is that this agitation produces a true need.
Understanding this is key if one is to learn how to break the chains of these unnecessary agitations that arise as wants and desires. I say unnecessary because it’s only the selfish ones that are unnecessary and cause problems. If the desire is truly from the heart and it’s to love all beings and to practice being an instrument of this love in all our affairs, I can’t really see that as being unnecessary or a problem. That is unless it’s derived from some lack inside you that needs to do this for fulfillment. It’s up to each individual to investigate this for themselves.
Learn to eliminate unnecessary desires and you will never reach outside for anything; without need there is no reaching. What you will then be left with is a life full of love, a life of quietness where the Universe can use your own innate goodness as an instrument for peace. This is not some make believe concept or idea, this is as real as life itself, but the only reason this isn’t realized is because of our selfish Conditioned Mind making us believe we need things that aren’t truly necessary.

"I" Assumes
There’s a struggle that occurs in most lives between one’s outer and inner view. Which view is used in making decisions determines if one’s actions and reactions will be based to self serve or to love.
If there are just unconscious actions and reactions in our daily decision making process, there will be many decisions made without knowing if they’re truly beneficial. Without the discipline that provides some stillness, life becomes one of assuming because we think we are the decider of our decisions. One trait of the Conditioned Mind is there’s no need to question because it assumes it has all the answers. This is a created block that lessens one’s ability to live from intuitive stillness.
When life is lived assuming it creates a struggle between our inner urging from the Universe, which is to love and our outer urging from “I” which is to self serve; this struggle is a battle between the two. When the “I” is in control we assume that the things of the world are in place to fulfill our outer desires, but intuitively if one’s mind is settled we know this not to be true because of being connected to one’s inner urging from the Universe.
Our outer urgings are a product of our environment and other influences. The Conditioned Mind of “I” is what makes one assume; the fallacy of this is a life lived that everything is as it appears. This “I” is our block to love. This is what causes our struggle, but if it was seen and the mind stopped long enough to see our inner essence of love, we would stop struggling with “I” and our assuming would never cause us to be in a battle with ourselves again.

Eyes of Stillness
A Conditioned Mind can only make pre-determined decisions. Only through the eyes of stillness can decisions truly be made as a true decision can only come from the stillness of the heart.
The eyes of stillness can also be called the eyes of love, when these are the eyes that life is viewed through, what you see is so different than what an unconscious pair of eyes sees; by unconscious I mean eyes that blindly conform to what the conditioned world offers. As life is experienced more and more through the eyes of stillness, the observations are centered more in love and there are less responses to decisions based on your conditioning. This leads to an unconventional way of living life because you are not affected by the decisions based in the world. Through viewing life in this way, it is so different than what people have become accustomed to.
With the eyes of stillness no individual decides what happens to you, the Universe decides. Whatever happens is a result of fully cooperating with Universal Love as love is the most powerful force in the Universe. With stillness eyes as your view, no one can decide your fate. Stillness eyes are not of this world, but the decisions made by most people are. No one and I truly mean no one controls another person, how can they as most people don’t even control themselves. They think they do, but this is the great delusion.
Most decisions people make are based on how the Conditioned Mind controls them. You may think you’re making decisions, but you’re only doing what you’ve been conditioned to do. This is the way you have to be, there really isn’t a choice; this is all part of the conditioning. Look at the nonsense that goes on between your ears. It’s truly mind boggling how the mind is controlling ever decision made as if you were a puppet on a string. If you don’t think this is so try and sit still for a half hour in silence. If you can’t do it, don’t be discouraged, not many can, but if you can’t control your own mind when you are consciously trying to do it, what makes you think you are in control when you’re not trying. Why do you think it’s so hard to do, it’s because the unconscious mind blindly conforms to the conditioning of the world and most people are simply blind.

Heart of Gratitude
Our given life is a gift. If you’re not happy with it, it’s not life’s fault. Understand your given life is what’s here right now, it’s up to you to make it a masterpiece of gratitude…
Being grateful for your given life regardless of the circumstances is being grateful for simply life itself. Gratitude is not some made up fallacy in your head because life is a certain way. Life will always be life, when it’s understood that life itself is the gift a grateful heart naturally arises. As long as you think you need life to be a certain way in order to be grateful when it isn’t that way, there’s no way gratitude will arise in your heart. Even if things were exactly how you wanted them, it would still be difficult to be grateful.
Gratitude can never be measured by conditions or circumstances for it to be of the heart. When we make up a story of gratitude because we have this or that, it isn’t true gratitude because it’s based on things. Things are impermanent, gratitude is not, unless it’s based on things. People say it all the time, I am grateful for my life because of this or that, but to understand gratitude is to understand things are not needed to have a grateful heart.
Our life can only be measured by what is in our heart and gratitude is a manifestation of that. True gratitude is not something that can be made up. When you are truly grateful, there is nothing but love in your heart. Life is our gift, and one day it will not be so. Any moment can be your last, so what is it that will be in your heart when the time comes to draw your last breath? Will it be true gratitude for your given life that comes from the heart or will it be a made up story from the head for the things in life that you have, but one day will simply not be…

Truly Living
To be with what is actually occurring is to be present for each moment. If this isn’t where you live from then you are living your life in a place that doesn’t exist…
When the mind really starts to settle you will notice how much time is spent either thinking about the past and using it to try and form the present, or how much time is spent in the future, thinking about the things you are going to do instead of what you are actually doing. Very seldom does one think about what they’re actually doing and that is our greatest dilemma. All the anticipation of what we are going to do mostly has to do with shaping our day in the way we think it will best suit us, and although this is very subtle, this type of thinking centers all around our I, the me, me, me, mind.
The mind has been conditioned to wander. It’s like the mind sees the task at hand to be so menial, it needs to move on to the next thing. This is done constantly until one becomes aware of it. When and if you do start to become aware of this, you will notice how much time is spent thinking about yourself. That in and of itself isn’t the main issue, the main issue is that most of the things thought about don’t really have the capability of enhancing your life. You may think they do, but that is the created delusion the mind uses. Even if it’s something that supposedly will better your life, it doesn’t really change anything. You may make up a story in your head that it does, but that’s only a story. If you become aware that most of the things that you do don’t really mean that much, you will stop creating a story and when you do, you will be left with peace.
This peace is contingent on being present for what’s actually occurring; every place else is just the delusion of a Conditioned Mind. Practicing being present is the most important thing a person will ever do because it’s the only place of true existence. To be present is to be truly alive, anywhere else offers existence, but it doesn’t provide truly living. Nothing is needed to be present unless you make up the story so be with what is actually happening and you will be with your true existence, and probably for the first time in your life you will truly be alive…

Prayer of Now
To attach to “I” is to struggle with life, to be the love of I Am is to be free of the struggle. Because of our conditioning this struggle will only cease when we learn the prayer of Now and be the love of I Am.
To me prayer is not something that is used to get me out of jams or used when I want a situation to be a certain way. What I have come to understand as prayer is something that can be used to stop the incessant mind from trying to arrange every situation the way I think it should be and to put me in the reality of what is happening Now.
In order to do this and allow prayer to be a vital tool in life, Now needs to become the foundation for the way one lives. In other words life is to be a living prayer; a constant state of prayer is a constant state of knowing who you truly are, and to know that the “lie of I” only has the power that it’s given. Not only is it vital to understand this because of the energy of the Universal I Am, but also it is Universal Love which I Am allows that aligns one with life.
To practice being in a constant state of prayer isn’t related to anything that happens in life. It is to be in a constant state of having the heart remain open Now no matter what happens. In this state of Now one can than be with what is actually happening instead of constantly being controlled by a mind that wants everything to be to it’s liking. When this occurs one’s I Am is in alignment with Universal Energy, the heart remains open and one is simply the love of I Am. In this state life is lived the way it was intended, as a light and prayer to all beings.

Appropiately Loving
The judging you do of yourself and others is just part of your Conditioned Thinking. You don’t think anything that isn’t a part of it, it all comes from within simply because it’s what’s there…
Unless you are so fortunate that you live in a bubble of love, there will be conditioning in your life that is not conducive to love. This conditioning is what produces non loving actions, but this is not to be labeled as inappropriate behavior, it is inappropriate conditioning, it’s just what’s there. If you are fortunate enough to realize this, it is then that you can begin the necessary practice of discipline so you’ll have enough concentration to remain focused on love being the default setting of your life, but to not realize this is not inappropriate because you’re just doing what you have been conditioned to do; it’s simply what’s there. If it wasn’t there you wouldn’t be doing it.
Don’t be to harsh on yourself or others because the truth of the matter is this, you, me, and everyone else only acts in the manner that we’ve be conditioned to do so. Whether it’s labeled inappropriate or not is all part of the conditioning because it doesn’t change the way that you act. Labeling something inappropriate is what people use to either make themselves think they are better than others or it’s used to beat yourself up. There is no such thing as inappropriate behavior unless that is how you want to label it. There is Conditioned Thinking that makes one act in a conditioned manner by producing the appropriate behavior conducive to that conditioning. So you see in essence all behavior is appropriate because it is all contingent on the way one is conditioned. When you understand this, you will be well on your way to truly loving yourself and when you love yourself, you will understand all behavior is appropriate. It is then that you will be able to understand how to love others, unconditionally and appropriately.

Love Arising
It is everyone’s obligation to pass love onto every person who they interact with, not in the form of a belief or concept, but in the form of an open heart; a heart without judgement.
When the heart is opened and there is no attachment to beliefs and concepts, that is when the love that is in your heart comes pouring out into the world. The absence of love, is the absence of unity, and how will you know when this absence is in place is by trying to force your beliefs and concepts on others. When you love, you love in spite of someone else’s beliefs and concepts. Live life based in love and you become that love; minus the story of some belief or concept which is only made up by your Conditioned Mind. When you love, most people around you will sense that energy; it’s the nature of love.
Love is contagious. When something isn’t of love you will know it by the conflict it causes; inward and outward. Love doesn’t cause conflict, it causes peace, compassion, understanding, kindness, patience, harmony, and so on. You will know something isn’t of love by the lack of these mentioned qualities. When you allow others the right to be themselves, you allow the love of your heart to be the center of your being and that will be the seeds that you’ll pass onto others. The more a judgement is held onto, the less effect the seeds of love will have. Love is what cultivates the seeds, and when they are the seeds of love without judgement, they will grow in abundance. Not because of any concept or belief, but because of the love that arises from your own heart.

A Moments Perfection
When you want the arisen moment different, you want its perfection to be changed, but even if it is changed most times it’s not enough. If you’re not careful, you can spend your entire life trying to change what’s already perfect.
It is said that no can have the perfect life, but no one really knows what the perfect life entails. It may be considered perfect if it was exactly the way you wanted it, and if that was the case then the saying is true, but no one can will ever have the perfect life because it will seldom be exactly as it is wanted. Even if it was, that wouldn’t mean it was perfect, it would just mean it’s the way that you want it. To me the perfect life is what arises in the moment you are in. It can’t be anything but that, because it’s simply what’s there.
This is where our struggles are derived from, thinking if life was different it would be perfect, but how can something that is already perfect be improved upon; perfection cannot be improved. When a perfect game is pitched in baseball, nothing can make it more perfect. If a basketball player makes ten foul shots that he tries, he is perfect. Now you can say the pitcher could have thrown less pitches or the basketball player could have made every basket without hitting the rim, but it would not have changed the perfection of what occurred.
Life is similar, we look for all kinds of ways to improve on its perfection, but regardless of what is done it doesn’t change the perfection of the way it is. No outer circumstance can change the perfection of what is. This is the main reason people are in the constant mind state of seeking perfection and use so many different things to try and attain it, but understand perfection is never reached only because it isn’t realized perfection is already here…

Silence
The mind will only settle when there is silence. You cannot do anything to be silent, it arises from itself. When the intellectual mind stops seeking, the internal urging settles in its own silence….
When one awakens, there’s an understanding of silence and how it relates to life. When this occurs there’s freedom because silence arises naturally. We seek because of the internal urging for silence which is what an awakening reveals. This cannot be known intellectually, intelligence is actually noise, silence can only be known through silence. The lack of silence makes life very mundane. It makes one less aware of the internal urging that silence provides. Without this awareness you cannot truly understand what the benefits of silence are. Silence is always there, it’s just not understood. Nothing is needed to experience silence, but the only way there can be silence is to be still. Methods may be useful in learning to be silent, but the only reason this is so is because the mind hasn’t been developed for silence , it’s been developed to generate noise.
It’s a human dilemma the need to make life about something, but if something is needed, make it about silence. This is the only thing that truly makes sense to me, it’s the only place where I don’t need to think and there’s peace. Not to think is to be in a state of no mind and in this state is true peace. How can it not be peaceful in this state, there’s nothing to cause one to suffer; there’s no generated noise in the head. Be silent and nothing more will ever be needed because in silence everything arises, unless you want to live by the generated noise in your head. Silence is the ultimate truth, but even saying this is noise. Silence of no mind is the silence of all that is and when one stops seeking it or trying to define it, it is then that one will be silent.

Value of Awareness
Many have a belief that God is love, but if this is truly investigated one may become aware that God needs the story of love to exist, but love doesn’t need the story of God to exist.
Awareness is of value because it helps one overcome their selfish nature. This is what I discovered was blocking the love of my heart from being the operating energy of my life. I don’t know how it is for anyone else, but I do know this is what was revealed to me. Why it was this way I don’t really know, but I do know most of my life I was unaware that I was selfishly living trying to grasp pleasure at all cost to satisfy a self that didn’t exist in the way it was perceived. The only awareness there was in my life was how to get more things to provide pleasure so this unaware self could be satisfied. It wasn’t that a self didn’t exist, there just wasn’t any awareness whatsoever that existence wasn’t what I was conditioned to believe it was. It’s one of the reasons I don’t attach to beliefs today because I see them only as a story of unawareness. Many people often state God is love, but if this is truly investigated one just may become aware that God needs the story of love to exist, but love doesn’t need the story of God to exist. Check it for yourself and become aware of this truth.
Being aware of what’s actually happening minimizes the stories that are needed to make life have to be a certain way. Awareness stops the story of the way you think life should be and allows the freedom of the way it is, which becomes the awareness of the way it should be. After all wanting this exact moment different than what it is is where all discontent arises from. When one is simply aware of what arises as it arises, there isn’t a need for a story and without a story one’s unaware selfish nature doesn’t come into play as the awareness of the love of your own heart naturally becomes the operating energy of your life.

A Moments Unfolding
One’s entire life hinges on a single attached thought; the next moments unfolding is from here. Learning to skillfully see this so the attachment is at a minimum determines how the next moment unfolds…
The thoughts that you attach to make up your belief system. This is done because it’s thought the beliefs are beneficial, if this wasn’t so the thoughts wouldn’t be attached to. If these attached beliefs aren’t seen as erroneous they will remain in place. The more one thinks their created belief system is the right one, the harder it is to see beyond it. Seeing each moment unfold through thought is delusional because there’s no solid foundation to a thought and everyone has different ones, that’s why everyone see things differently.
There’s only one truth (I don’t know what it is, but I do know what it isn’t) and until this is seen in each moments unfolding life will remain delusional. To get to a point where it’s not delusional, one has to get beyond the attached thoughts that hold your belief system (conditioning) in place, regardless of what it is. Each moment unfolds as one single thought and then a person’s conditioning determines what happens next and how the next moment will play out. Attaching to it or not is the difference in how the next moment unfolds and if there’s going to be unity or separation with it. The truth is one is never separated from life, but it feels this way when there’s attachment to a thought that makes you think you are. A Conditioned Self
A mind that’s conditioned is a mind that has preconceived ideas which are based on a sense of self, and because it’s conditioned as so there’s no space between one’s thoughts to see what’s truly going on.
As long as the mind is conditioned and actively seeking, it can’t be at peace; at the core of this is one’s sense of self. The sense of self may be the hardest concept to let go of because it’s intertwined with just about every thought one has. It has also been in place since our existence began, but it’s not the sense of self that’s controlling, it’s the conditioned attachment to it. To me a sense of self will always exist, but the attachment to it has lessened significantly in the last eleven years. This has opened doors that were closed for the first forty nine years of my life.
What many people don’t realize about where my writings arise from is there’s an understanding of how my mind works because I’ve sat and investigated why I reacted like I did and why I did the things I did. Very few truly investigate their mind and this is what leads to the conditioning in place being in control. Knowing this doesn’t make me better than anyone, but by having an understanding of the lies that I lived by for so many years it does allow me to not attach to them. I would say therein lies the difference between one being attached to the sense of self and one being free of it. This also creates the difference between being limited by a self who is conditioned to constantly try to fulfill itself or not attaching to it and allowing doors to open that may have previously been closed.

High Vibration Energy
A higher vibrational energy has to be understood before the bondage of self which is a lower energy is truly let go of. You can then reach your true potential to be an instrument of love instead of an instrument of a selfish lower energy.
The are two energies to just about everything in life and although only one is in place at any given time, in order to go beyond the lower energy the higher energy (love) has to be known it’s available. This is the only way one will be able to go beyond the limited view of the “I” self energy. If your human existence is viewed only from the human side which is a lower vibration, the spiritual won’t come into play and life will seem very mundane. When one starts looking at life from love which doesn’t require human attachment, another view opens to the true beauty of what life has to offer. This beauty manifest in different ways for people, but what it has in common is it comes from the space of a higher energy. We exist in the form of energy and one is selfish, the all about me energy. This is a lower vibrational energy that doesn’t allow one to reach their true potential. The other energy is the energy of stillness which manifest as love, this is of a higher vibrational nature which allows the beauty of life to manifest and thus our true potential is maximized.
Learning to understand these two energies will assist in truly letting go of the blocks that keep the lower selfish energy in place. The higher vibrational energy is always there to tap into, but if there isn’t awareness of it, there won’t be alignment to it so it won’t manifest. This isn’t to deny our human side because it’s the form we are in, but attaching to it and making it an end to a means is where the expansion of one’s consciousness ceases. The tighter the grip of the human side(lower energy) the less the higher vibrational energy will be operational. This is a Universal Law that has to be understood so the bondage of self energy is truly let go of. When this occurs a higher energy allows you to reach your true potential so you can be an instrument of love instead of an instrument to satisfy the lower energy of me, myself, and I.

Reflection of Love
If you’re looking at a mirror that tells lies get rid of it so the only mirror you have is one that reflects love. See the light and you will be the light, see love and you will be love; what you see is seen by all.
There’s an inner beauty that’s always there, but because of our Conditioned Mind it isn’t what is seen as our reflection. We add all kinds of nonsense to this reflection and our beauty is blocked out by the lies of our Conditioned Mind. An expansion of love is the expansion of our own inner beauty so when we see our own inner beauty as a reflection of love, it expands and reflects our love to the world. The world will see what we see in our reflection. If one sees a person of love in the mirror and is truly focused on love of creation, that is what the world will see. If what is seen is someone full of greed, hate, false pride, self pity, and delusion, unfortunately that is what the world will see.
What you think of you is what others will think of you. It has to be this way, the world can only see what you see. You become who you think you are and who you think you are is the reflection of what is seen; remember the world will only see what you see as it is reflected in the mirror. If you’re looking at a mirror that tells lies, make it a point to get rid of it so the only mirror you have is one that reflects love. This is one’s true reflection and it’s not only be seen by one, it’s seen by the world. See the light and you will be the light, see love and you will be love because it is what you will see that will be seen by all.

Spiritual Nonsense
Sit often and watch your thoughts come and go, eventually there will be more and more space between them. It’s in this space that one sees all the spiritual nonsense holding you in bondage.
With the emergence of the Internet, there’s so much information available on spirituality that it really needs to be investigated before one considers using it to assist in their development. Here is the definition of nonsense : 1 spoken or written words that have no meaning or make no sense 2. foolish or unacceptable . To see if the information you are using to develop discipline is authentic and truly beneficial, there can’t be anything associated with it that forms attachment. Methods, programs, guru’s, life coaches, teachers, or any other form of nonsense that is used to keep you attached just keeps you entrapped to the very thing you are trying to break free of. Just as there’s a lot of “fake news” out there today, there’s also a lot of fake information on spirituality. Bondage is not something that’s truly understood by many people and so most of the information out there is nonsense and keeps you in bondage in some way. Those telling you to buy their book, pay for retreats run by paid speakers, or follow (instant bondage) a program, are clever to a fault, with the fault being keeping you in bondage.
The only thing one needs to do is look within so a millisecond of space is created between your thoughts. Once this occurs and there’s awareness of it, slowly there will be more and more space. It takes nothing but awareness to create this space. The nonsense out there that someone’s program, book, method or whatever has your answer will keep you in bondage to what you are trying to break free from. I know people defend their so called guru or people they follow adamantly, but it’s only because there’s no awareness of the bondage they’re in. Set Emotinal Energy
Nothing from the outside truly controls you regardless of what it is; either real or made up. It’s the set emotions attaching to what happens that cause certain responses and behaviors to arise.
Staying present with the flow of what arises in our daily life has immense value in waking up from the sleep of unconsciousness. What happens if one’s awareness isn’t expanded upon is the arisen emotional energy becomes set and it controls you; it becomes the master and you the slave. The set emotional energy is what causes one to react to life in the way that they do. Nothing from the outside truly controls you regardless of what it is; either real or made up. It’s the set emotions attaching to what happens that causes one to behave in a certain manner. When one awakens, the attachment to emotions lessens as does their control.
This is how it is with all our emotions, fear becomes crippling when it becomes set and it takes you over. It’s doesn’t mean things won’t scare you, but it’s doesn’t have to be given the energy that turns it into fear. This applies to any emotion you become attached to, it sets the associated emotion and there’s no telling what behavior will arise. I guarantee you, it’s not going to be a behavior that has love flowing as its base. Emotions will arise, it’s the way the brain seems to be wired, but our energy doesn’t have to set them and give them more energy than they’re worth. We can cry our tears, or be fearful of the future. We can dislike that things aren’t going the way we think they should be, but the bottom line is this, it’s only when the emotions get set that they have the energy to stop the flow of truly living life and not only cause your suffering, but also the suffering of others.

Learning Through Love
It’s the love of one’s own heart that allows for the chances to learn life lessons. Judgements don’t provide this, all they do is disconnect one from the love of their own heart.
Follow your heart no matter what others say. People judge, it’s what they do, but never give in to their judgements. Even if someone thinks they know you because of similar situational experiences, it means little because everyone has their own interpretations of the way things are. Following your heart doesn’t mean you will always do what is best, but it does mean what you do will be of love and really that’s what truly matters.
It’s the love of my own heart that judges me and provides life lessons to be learned, not the judgments of people. As long as the heart is followed, the lessons learned will allow for the removal of one’s blocks to love. By staying true to our heart no matter what, we stay true to ourselves and life’s base remains of love.
Everyone makes mistakes, but boy are we quick to point out the mistakes we think others make. We’ll justify our judgments and say we’re only trying to help, even if it’s not asked for, but when we judge anyone it’s our own misgiving because the love of our own heart is blocked. No one alive today is known to have ever walked on water, so no one is truly worthy to judge another. To thine own self is all one has to be true to because the love of one’s heart will keep expanding as the universe, not people sees fit. This will allow for the chances to learn the necessary life lessons so the love of one’s own heart remains unblocked.

A Gift From Life
In the stillness of the present moment simply do what’s in front of you and your unique talents will be of assistance in the precise moment you’re in because it’s what life has gifted you with…
When a purpose is needed to fulfill one’s life, it’s what I call object consciousness, meaning some form of an object is always needed for life to have meaning. Without awareness of the Conditioned Mind there’s a need that never goes away so a created purpose has to constantly be created and worked at to keep it in place. Let’s say the created purpose is to help people who are labeled as addicts. What if there were no more to help, now what? Another purpose would need to be created, but I ask you this, where does it end? I will tell you, it doesn’t because this occurs every time something is reached for that’s used to attain a sense of self worth. One’s created purpose can be to eat ice cream, it fulfills a need at that exact moment. Does it not?
To be simply be mindful of each moment is our true purpose no matter what it is that’s happening in your life. Whether it’s brushing your teeth, on line at the supermarket, at work, dying, or whatever it is that’s happening, the point is to be mindful of the present moment and it will be that moment that gives you purpose. This isn’t a made up purpose though, it’s a purpose simply given to you by life because it’s what’s there. I’m not saying don’t help people or not do something that you have a passion for, but understand the difference if it’s your purpose to make yourself feel good or if it’s what life has gifted you with. The results are as different as night and day, so in the stillness of the present moment do what’s in front of you and your unique talents will be of assistance in the precise moment that you’re in because it will be what life has gifted you with…

Space of Emptiness
So much of existence is wasted on trying to fill a space that doesn’t need filling. The nature of all space is emptiness and it will always be there; it’s in this space of emptiness that one experiences fulfillment.
Many spend thousands on trying to fill a space that doesn’t truly needed filling. At the time it seems like the right thing to do and in a way it is because when you’re thinking about it it seems right, but the thing to understand is wherever you go there you are and also the Conditioned Mind makes the fantasy better than the reality. This is not to say don’t do things that will fill this space, but the stark reality is this space is already filled if your mind lives in the space of peace. I’m talking from experience here because for forty nine years my life was exactly how I thought I wanted it to be and yet I had to always reach for something to fill a space that wasn’t understood. This space when lived from your conditioning needs to be filled (reaching for something), but I didn’t understand the part of wherever I went, there I was.
My own mind was an enemy not an ally and I had no idea this was occurring. Basically I always needed to fill a space that didn’t truly exist; regardless of what it was filled with it was always there. Here’s the real irony in this, I was trying to fill the space of emptiness that is still there today, but what I have come to understand is it doesn’t need filling. Regardless of what’s used to fill it, it never gets filled, it can’t because it doesn’t need filling. Today I understand this space is not an enemy nor does it need filling. There are times when it’s filled, but it’s not because I’m trying to fill it, it’s simply because the space of emptiness fills me.

Not Adding
Truly letting go isn’t a doing nor does it take effort, it’s something that happens naturally by not adding. The more one tries to let go by adding something, the less letting go there is…
One day a man who spent years reading spiritual books, going to self help and 12 step programs, spending thousands attending seminars by all the so called experts, retreats, meditating for hours on end, doing chakra and kundalini meditation, reiki healing, yoga, therapy, and so on decided he had enough. I’m sure many will identify with the constant barrage of adding the flavor of the month to learn the secret to peace. This man tried everything and yet except for being more knowledgeable, he was no freer than the day he started looking into this. Part of the issue was he was stuck in trying methods everyone else said was needed to become enlightened; most people’s methods don’t even work for themselves, if they did a method wouldn’t be pushed. This man who was at wits end sat with this and what arose in him was this; he were going to walk up the highest mountain he could find and either become enlightened or die. The one thing that was very clear was he was tired of struggling; so the journey up the mountain began.
On his way up the mountain there was a man coming down the mountain carry two large bundles on his shoulders, the path was narrow and he noticed this man was wearing monk like clothing. He had heard in stories when one is ready to awaken the right teacher will appear. As their eyes met, the man felt compelled to tell the man coming down the mountain where he was going. He asked him if he knew how to become enlightened? The man said nothing as he put the two bundles he was carrying down. Instantly the lesson was seen; the man was showing him how to let go. He than asked, is that it, just let go? The man smiled and nodded, again he asked, so that’s it, just let go, what happens next? Without saying a word, the man picked up the two bundles he was carrying, put the them back on his shoulders and continued down the mountain…

Nothing Last Forever
Because nothing last forever the satisfaction associated with whatever is reached for is fleeting. This is the exact reason why one constantly remains in an agitated state of needing to reach for something.
Not being satisfied is so subtle and how you will know you’re not satisfied is by having to reach for the next thing. The misunderstanding of nothing last forever including life itself is what makes one constantly reach for satisfaction. If you knew the reaching wasn’t going to quench the thirst of satisfaction, it most likely wouldn’t be done. One reaches for whatever the conditioning in place says is necessary, and even though it temporarily satisfies the thirst, it doesn’t last and hence the reaching continues. When nothing last forever begins to be understood, one becomes aware of the nonsense of their reaching. This doesn’t mean the reaching will just end, but an understanding of the true nature associated with reaching begins. If there wasn’t the anticipated satisfaction associated with food, dessert, drugs, alcohol, gambling, yoga, meditation, ad infinitum, reaching wouldn’t be done. Everyone who reaches for something assumes there’s going to be some sort of satisfaction derived from it or it wouldn’t be done.
Existence is pretty stable as far as life being life, but the events that occur within life are not. There is constant change in everything, but the mind is mostly blind to this because it wants stability. It defaults to making you believe the next fix is all you need, but I guarantee you the next fix only leads to the one after that and so on. It never ends because there’s nothing that last forever which allows it to end. And because nothing last forever, the satisfaction associated with whatever’s reached for doesn’t last and this is the exact reason why one is subtly unsatisfied and has a constant need to reach.

The Mind That Loves Also Hates
The mind is of love, but it must be understood that the same mind that loves also hates. If this isn't seen, it’ll be very difficult to live life where it's beneficial to yourself and all beings.
The core of what I share is based on a settled mind, but this was not always the case and although meditation (sitting) and concentration are a major part of my process, I had to first learn first why these two things weren't already in place; especially since without them I couldn't get off the Conditioned Mind treadmill. Sitting and concentration are important tools in developing the necessary discipline that allows the mind to settle, but before one starts these disciplines, there should be a brief study so there's an understanding of what one is doing and why.
Many people meditate (I simply refer to it as sitting) but don't really get what they should out of it because of the lack of understanding their own mind. It would be best to study what exactly is the nature of a Conditioned Mind and how it affects the way one lives before pursuing a practice siting and concentration. If one is sitting for any other reason but to develop these necessary disciplines the mind probably won’t settle.
The mind is beautiful, but it must be understood that the same mind that loves also hates. If this isn't seen it will be very difficult to get anything out of sitting or concentration. Studying oneself is vital to break the self applied chains and it will occur only when one stops thinking about themselves all the time. A true and honest understanding of yourself is needed to go beyond this self which exist whether one loves or hate. It's just that love is so much more beneficial to all involved, but it will take a settled mind to see this, and it will only be seen when one has the discipline to know their own mind.
